Temple University officials in Philadelphia are conducting an investigation after two students reportedly pretended to be U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at an Insomnia Cookies on campus over the weekend. Per FOX 29, a third person recorded the incident. Campus authority received reports about the impersonation at Cecil B. Moore Avenue on Saturday night.

The students wore fake shirts with “ICE” and “POLICE” written on them.

Three suspects attempted to enter Johnson and Hardwick Residence Hall but were stopped. A 22-year-old Temple student was apprehended and suspended. Aidan Steigelmann was charged with impersonating a public servant.

On Tuesday, campus safety announced that all three individuals involved had been identified. Two are students under interim suspension, while the third is an ex-student not connected to the university.
