Police Seek 25-Year-Old Instagram Influencer Jack Watkin in Major Fraud Investigation

Reportedly, he is a constant London visitor but is originally from Alderley Edge where he lives. Descriptions of the wanted suspect include 5ft 9 inches tall, a white man of medium stature, with dark hair and green eyes. Jack Watkin first became an internet sensation in 2016 as the rich kid of Instagram. As a 17-year-old, he bragged about stupendous wealth inherited from his family nicknamed the “British Kardashians.”

The English teen at the time boosted a car collection worth £1.7 million. His fleet of cars included a Porsche, Range Rover, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and two Mercedes-Benz. On top of that, he possessed luxury items including Cartier and Bvlgari brands. At one point, he showed off a Bvlgari wristwatch purchased for £500,000.

Jack Watkin was contacted to feature on the “The Majors” TV show. During an interview, the then-teenager went on about his perfect life. He explained that envy and jealousy were a recurrent theme in his life. In his words, it came from teens and adults. However, this wasn’t much of a bother because of his “unlimited funds.” The rich kid of Instagram raved about how his seemingly easy lifestyle came at a cost his dad had to pay.

About getting into trouble, this isn’t the first time Jack Watkin, the rich kid of Instagram, has been in the news for something off. Five years before the fraud charges, Watkins was involved in a hit-and-run smash. He was out in his mom’s Range Rover to buy a railcard. Ultimately, he was fined £249.

The authorities have asked anyone who sees Jack Watkin or knows his whereabouts to report it by calling Cheshire Constabulary on 101. Alternatively, information can be reported anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
