A man, 32, is in critical condition after being dragged by his Infiniti Q50 amid a car theft in the Bronx. Video shows the man left his running car double-parked on Westchester Avenue to get Chinese food when a thief got out of the back of a SUV and jumped in the Infiniti. He tried to stop the theft, according to the New York Post

The unnamed man held onto the driver’s side window and tried to keep up as the car sped away, dragging him along the street. Officers later found him seriously injured, with head and leg injuries, about a block away on Wilkinson Avenue, officials said.

He is sadly in critical condition at Jacobi Hospital, and the suspect is still at large, officials reported. The Infiniti was found abandoned on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway. Images from The Post showed significant damage on the driver’s side of the vehicle, per police and reports.
