Alexis Skyy has responded to claims that she was involved in the brutal assault of her former friend and personal assistant, Anthony Gaskin. Skyy said the allegations were blown up. She argued that the footage that showed her and two other men beating Gaskon up didn’t properly represent the details surrounding the incident. Moreover, the television personality accused her former friend of stealing from her.

Alexis Skyy Addresses Assault Allegations

Alexis Skyy has taken to social media to clear the air on a case of assault leveled against her. In the video Onsite obtained, Skyy said Gaskin was not her best friend and that she employed him against advice from others in the industry. She claimed to have met him at a salon and allowed him to come live with her for six months. Skyy then promised to fully reveal what happened so netizens would stop running with half-truths. She also promised to provide evidence to back her claims.

The Love & Hip Hop personality claimed that her assistant approached her house through the stairwell to avoid being caught on camera. However, when she opened the door, he attacked her.

“He throws an air freshener at my face and busted my lips and my fingernails. That was the first altercation. You hit your hands on me first in my home and in front of my kid,” she said in her livestream.

Alexis Skyy Accuses Anthony Gaskin of Theft

Alexis Skyy further said she would prove Gasking assaulted her first once she sorted the issues with her ring camera. She asked her former friend to keep posting footage of what happened in the hallway, but she would soon set the record straight with footage from her camera. She also accused him of trying to mess with her ring account since he had access. The mom of one said her assistant put his hands on her first, adding:

“So you wanted to disappear after you put your hands on me because you got scared.”

Meanwhile, Alexis Skyy listed a few more things Gaskin did to her besides the assault. She claimed he attacked her “non-stop on the internet,” called CPS on her, lied to her family that she was using drugs, and tried to destroy her reputation. Skyy also alleged that her former friend used her Amex and stole her Louis Vuitton bag.

Alexis Skyy’s attempt at clearing her name comes a few hours after TMZ released footage of her assaulting her assistant. The outlet shared the clip obtained by Onsite that showed Skyy and two other men hitting Gaskin. The latter had taken to social media in October 2024 to accuse Alexis Skyy of assault. He also shared pictures of his injuries, which included bumps on his face and bruises around his eyes. Moreover, he showed off a tooth that allegedly fell out during the altercation.

The footage released in 2025 confirmed his story as it showed Skyy hitting Gaskin in an Atlanta apartment complex. Two members of Skyy’s crew also jumped into the fray that happened in the hallway. They were seen punching and kicking the assistant before they threw him to the floor. Gaskin said they broke his ribs and told the police that Skyy had been threatening him for days before the incident. The police charged Skyy with simple assault and noted that she was gone from the scene before they arrived.

Alexis Skyy’s response to her personal assistant and former friend’s assault is not enough reason to brutalize him. Hopefully, she will learn from this incident and recognize that there are better ways to handle such issues.
