A tourist from Chile, in a fit of rage, murdered a man with a fire extinguisher at a Florida motel after the victim attempted to calm him during his eviction from the motel, officials reported, per the New York Post. 25-year-old Piero Estefano But-Castillo fatally assaulted 55-year-old Robert Krusinowski at a Quality Inn in Kissimmee, Florida.

But-Castillo recently arrived in the U.S. on a 90-day tourist visa from Chile on Jan. 1, according to Fox35.

He became enraged upon hearing of his eviction from the motel and the victim attempted to calm him down.

The suspect face

“premeditated murder, resisting an officer with violence, battery, and criminal mischief”
