Arnold shared this during a recent interview and explained why Megan unfollowed her on Instagram after an incident. Alonzo Arnold’s disclosure comes amid Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez’s legal battle. The musician’s lawyers recently filed a motion for Lanez to witness against YouTuber and blogger Milagro “Gramz” Cooper.
Alonzo Arnold and Megan Thee Stallion Had A Great Relationship
Alonzo Arnold and Megan Thee Stallion have worked together to curate some of the rapper’s best looks and had a great relationship while at it. It appears Megan left a great impression on the hairstylist who sang her praises in a recent interview. During the interview, which premiered on February 22, Arnold told hosts Drea Nicole and Lex P on the Pour Minds podcast that Megan is her favorite celebrity client to date.
“I always got love for Megan, honestly, Arnold began.
She continued:
“One thing about Megan Thee Stallion, she was so fun to work with. She get you the best gifts, like birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, like I don’t know if it’s an aquarius thing but Aquarius they get really good gifts and she like gave you some really really good gifts.”
Arnold added that Megan was even “very fun” when “her mom had just passed away.” She said:
“You would never be able to know because [Megan] was always so happy, upbeat. She never let nobody see her cry, never let you know. I had a really good time working with her.”
Alonzo Arnold And Megan Thee Stallion Had A Rough Patch
Meanwhile, the stylist noted that she wasn’t sure if the rapper still liked her. Alonzo Arnold and Megan Thee Stallion used to follow each other online until Megan unfollowed her. When her hosts asked when the rapper unfollowed her, Arnold replied that it was in 2021. She also explained why she thought her client unfollowed her account online. The stylist shared that it was around the time Megan was involved in a bitter quarrel with her then-best friend, Kelsey, online.
“I had said something on the Vlog. I don’t know if she seen it,” Arnold disclosed. “I was just like, ‘I don’t like nobody being ganged up on,’ and I was just like, ‘Yes, Kelsey stand up for yourself,'” she revealed.
Arnold acknowledged she made a mistake, saying:
“It was my fault honestly, and that’s when I really slowed down from really commenting online because she probably took that as like damn b****, like I thought we was cool. I didn’t really understand what she was going through, but now, looking back at it, she was going through a lot.”
Megan Thee Stallion And Kelsey Nicole’s Beef
Alonzo Arnold’s story referenced the bitter online feud between Megan and Kelsey Nicole. The duo were once tight friends who seemed inseparable. Nicole also worked as Megan’s assistant after the rapper became successful. However, in 2020, the pair became enemies after Tory Lanez shot the rapper in the foot on their way from a night of party and drinking at Kylie Jenner’s house.
Megan and Nicole antagonized each other publicly, retracted testimonies in court, and made diss tracks against each other. Against this backdrop, Alonzo Arnold opposed Megan Thee Stallion and sided with Kelsey Nicole, a move she opined may have caused her client to unfollow her.
Alonzo Arnold’s disclosure emphasizes the importance of being self-aware while commenting online. Meanwhile, as one of the Pour Minds hosts said, Megan’s unfollowing of Arnold may have been for another reason. If she is really curious, it would be a good idea to speak with the rapper.
