Stefon Diggs is back in headlines. Chris Blake Griffith is now countersuing Diggs after he filed a defamation lawsuit against the social media personality and stylist, per TMZ. Diggs, accused him of spreading false claims of sexual misconduct for online attention.

Griffith previously alleged that in May 2023, Diggs sexually assaulted him at the NFL player’s home in Maryland. He claimed Diggs drugged him and even conspired to kill him to quiet rumors about his sexuality. Griffith is now insisting that Diggs is the one lying in this case. In his complaint, he says Diggs

“exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith”

and began masturbating the night of the incident.

Griffith says the two had been out partying in Washington, D.C., before heading back to Diggs’ home. He remembers telling Diggs to

“put his penis away,”

getting out of the car, and walking to the door of the house. He claims Diggs followed him, tried to kiss him, and then put his tongue in his ear while whispering for him to come to his room.

Once inside, Griffith says he hid in the bathroom for 45 minutes. When he came out, he alleges that two women and Diggs’ younger brother, Darez, confronted him and told him to keep quiet about what happened. Darez later pleaded guilty to felony grand theft tied to an alleged attack on Griffith in an elevator in October 2024, which was caught on video. According to Griffith, the elevator attack happened just a week after the alleged assault.

Both Diggs and Griffith are seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Diggs is also requesting attorneys’ fees, according to Complex, and Griffith may be doing the same.
