An Atlanta cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Harvey “Chip” Cole, is facing a lawsuit from four patients who allege that botched procedures left them with permanent facial disfigurement.

Kayla Cannon and three others, claim that Dr. Cole, who operates at Oculus Plastic Surgery, performed surgeries that resulted in severe complications, including scarring and nerve damage, WSBTV reports.

They assert that they were not properly informed of the risks and have since suffered physically and emotionally.

Cannon sought treatment to correct minor facial issues, but now says she lives with irreversible damage and emotional trauma.

“I trusted him, and now I have to live with these scars for the rest of my life,” she said in a recent interview.

Dr. Cole, often referred to as “The Eye Guy” in his marketing, has denied the allegations. His attorneys claim that all procedures were performed within standard practices, and they plan to vigorously defend against the accusations in court.
