According to Lil Rod, these freak-offs were Diddy’s famous parties often attended by high-profile individuals. He revealed that politicians, music execs, international dignitaries, and sports stars usually enjoyed the experience. Lil Rod’s lawsuit noted that underage girls were hired, and drugged to be compliant. In his suit, it was also a known fact that Diddy loved to sleep with men.
He accused the rapper of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other criminal crimes. Six months later Diddy is arrested with three charges brought against him. In the indictment charges read by U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York, Damian Willams, the rapper worked with a group. Together they committed crimes of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Agnifilo is still hopeful and in an attempt to prove that his client isn’t as guilty as charged, Diddy will defend himself. According to the attorney, the accused will take to the witness stand to tell things as they were from his end. Sources say that this is a risky move as the music mogul will surely be drilled by the prosecution. But at this same time, the defense believes it is the best move to clear himself.
