Judge Arun Subramanian ordered a woman to be removed from the courtroom at Diddy’s trial yesterday, June 3, 2o25.
The woman became aggressive and yelled during the trial about people discussing the mogul outside of the courtroom.
The woman disrupted the court session before a witness was due to take the stand. Prosecutors had also requested to enter Diddy’s jail calls as evidence to corroborate his former assistant, Mia’s, testimony.
Woman At Diddy’s Trial Disrupts Court Session
An unidentified woman is making headlines for her disruptive act at Diddy’s trial. The music mogul’s trial has entered its fourth week, with testimonies from several individuals who have worked with him.
Others who also had varying relationships with him, including Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, her friend Kerry Morgan, and Kid Cudi, have testified. However, something spectacular happened at Diddy’s trial on Tuesday, June 3, when a woman began screaming in the courtroom.
She yelled “Diddy” before stating, “These motherf***ers are laughing at you. People are talking about you outside the courtroom.”
The woman also addressed the security officers at Diddy’s trial, daring them to shoot her. “You’re laughing at a black man’s legacy,” and “Pull your gun out, ninja, I dare you,” she said.
Three officers removed the woman from the Manhattan, New York court at the order of Judge Arun Subramanian.
After the commotion, Eddy Garcia, a former security worker at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, took the stand.
Meanwhile, Diddy remained quiet and seated throughout the disruption.
Prosecutors Push to Have Diddy’s Jail Calls Admitted As Evidence
The same day, prosecutors also pushed to have Diddy’s jail calls admitted as evidence to confirm Mia’s story. They claim he paid fellow inmates to access their phone accounts and discuss with friends and family.
The prosecution said the music executive discussed Mia’s situation during some of those calls. Mia is Diddy’s former assistant who testified that he sexually abused her numerous times while she worked for him. She used the pseudonym “Mia” to maintain her anonymity.
During her testimony, she said she worked with Diddy from 2009 to 2017 and described him as “toxic” and “controlling.” Mia lived in the rapper’s guesthouses with other staff while she worked for him.
She told the court that Diddy banned her from locking the door to her room. She claimed he told her no one was allowed to lock his doors, but Mia observed that male security officers were allowed to lock their doors.
Diddy’s former assistant told the court that he raped her several times while she slept. He also often forced her into sexual acts and assaulted her at other times. Mia further alleged that Diddy was physically abusive toward her.
She reported instances where he threw her against the wall or slammed her arm into a door. On other occasions, the disgraced mogul threw things at her and threw an ice bucket on her head. She claimed she couldn’t say no to Diddy and that he sent her threatening messages. Prosecutors believe Diddy’s jail calls will corroborate Mia’s story.
Diddy has denied all allegations and charges against him.
Meanwhile, many are wondering who the unruly woman is at Diddy’s trial. They are also curious as to why she disrupted the court session. Hopefully, more details will emerge soon.#Clique, share your thoughts in the comments.
