Fed Ex Driver Warned By Supervisor That She Can’t Deliver Packages To Certain Towns Because Of Her Race

A Black Fed Ex driver jumped on social media and shared an alarming story about how she is prohibited from delivering packages in certain predominately white areas because of her race.

In the video, the woman goes on to explain that she’s been a Fed Ex employee for six years. She said her supervisor warned that there were places in Springfield, Illinois that she definitely could not go because she’s Black. She also said because of the history of how Blacks have been treated in certain towns, she won’t be assigned to certain places.

Historically those towns are referred to as “sundown” towns meaning that Blacks and other minorities are not welcomed in that area after the sun goes down – or else.

Her comments got social media in a tizzy. Abbott Elementary star Sheryl Lee Ralph even reposted the woman’s video.

“I am sooooo very sick that this is still America and people are fine with it,” Lee Ralph wrote.

However, others were calling “cap” on the woman’s allegations.

“I haven’t even clicked play and I will guess not a single town was mentioned”, George said.

Another commenter Dominick Izzo said, “I am so sick of everyone believing things that are made up by ppl who want attention.”

“Probably bout to be some Jessie Smollet [SIC] sh-t,” another said.

“Name the towns then???? I’ll wait. I live in Oklahoma and I want specific examples?” a commenter Marcus said.

#Clique, so what y’all think? Any FedEx workers in the chat that can verify these claims?
