A 25-year-old Florida man, Sean Edward Uribe, has been arrested and charged with battery on a child involving bodily fluids, misdemeanor battery, and tampering with evidence. The charges stem from an incident at a Miami-area Ross Dress For Less store on June 21, where Uribe allegedly poured an “unknown liquid” on an underage girl’s butt and then filmed the incident.
The girl was shopping at the store when other patrons notified her that a man wearing Miami Dolphins paraphernalia was filming her and squirted an unknown liquid on the back of her jean shorts, WPLG reports.
Store employees called the police, but the creep had fled the scene before deputies arrived.
Detectives later identified Uribe as a suspect and executed a search warrant at his home, where they allegedly recovered three syringes containing a “viscus white liquid, consistent with semen.” At his home, Uribe also had clothing that matched what others said he wore at the time of the incident.
On Thursday, Uribe was arrested and held on an $8,500 bond. Court records show he was previously arrested on June 19 for a separate misdemeanor battery charge, for which he was released on his own recognizance. He will face a trial hearing for that case on October 28.
