A judge has refused bail for Geiderwuin Morales and Jefferson Ubilla-Delgado who were accused of killing a 63-year-old. The suspects allegedly tied down and assaulted their victim after meeting him on a dating app.

On January 26, 63-year-old George N. Levin had invited two men, Morales and Ubilla-Delgado into his home in the Norwood Park area of Chicago, per CBS News Chicago. The elderly victim had met them from the Grindr app and they all agreed to meet up for sex the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

The police maintained that these men taped and gagged their victim. According to Levin’s sister, she found her brother tied with his mouth stuffed. The siblings live in the same apartment building but in different units. So, it was not out of place to check after her brother when she suspected foul play.

Unfortunately, she found her brother restrained and he had turned cold. After a failed CPR, Levin was moved to a hospital where was declared dead. The coroner’s office revealed that the several assaults endangered Levin’s life. While leaving their victim to die, Geiderwuin Morales and Jefferson Ubilla-Delgado stole his wallet and phone.

The men then proceeded to make a purchase worth more than $4000 via Amazon. Following the discovery, the Chicago Police Department tracked down the pair and arrested them. The police confirmed in their report that the suspects were charged with one felony count of murder and one felony count of robbery against an aged victim.
