The case of Majorie Krystal Evans Mallory, a Georgia woman who was stalked and allegedly killed by her ex-husband is making its rounds on social media and shedding a light on how domestic violence victims’ cries often are ignored.

On Friday, two people were shot outside of the Spalding County courthouse, including Krystal, as friends referred to her, who had been calling out her ex-Tom Mallory publicly on social media about death threats and his constant stalking of her and her family, 11 Alive News reports.

Krystal was reportedly shot in the head on South Sixth Street near the Spalding County Courthouse in Griffin, Georgia after attending a hearing. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to reports, “Mallory fired several shots into Evans’ vehicle while she was parked on the street following the court proceedings. He then fled and shot himself while being chased down by authorities. His condition is currently unknown.”

Krystal posted several concerning messages, alerting the public that if she was killed, Mallory would most definitely be to blame.

In one Facebook post Krystal wrote: “Leave my children and my mother alone. There are pictures of you stalking them and harassing them.”

In yet another disturbing post, she warned of her possible fate:

“It’s sad that I have to walk around, terrified for my life and my children’s. I know if something happens to me. Please know who did it. This man has said numerous tie he’s going to kill me.”

Krystal also revealed that Tom Mallory had been sleeping around on her with men.

Krystal’s friends have posted social media messages blaming Spaulding County Judge Sam Parks for failing to lock Tom Mallory while he was there. They instead reportedly asked him to come back on Monday.

One friend wrote: “Krystal Evans passed away due to her abusive ex husband, Tom Mallory . He shot her right in front of the court house. Her and her family members asked Spaulding country officers to escort her and they refused. She warned the public multiple times about him and was ignored.”

This is so sad, #Clique.
