Philadelphia police are investigating a road rage shooting that occurred on Monday, March 10, at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave. The suspect, a man believed to be between 40 and 45 years old, was driving a silver 2016 or 2017 Honda Civic when the incident took place.

According to authorities, the suspect fired at two victims in another vehicle. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the left arm, while a 20-year-old woman suffered a graze wound to her chest. The boy was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, while the woman arrived at Lankenau Medical Center in a privately owned vehicle, which is now part of the investigation. Both victims are in stable condition.

Surveillance footage released by police shows the suspect yelling at a black-colored vehicle before firing his weapon at a stoplight and speeding away. His vehicle is identifiable due to body damage on both front quarter panels, a missing front passenger-side hubcap, and a white vanity tag on the front bumper.

No arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered. Authorities urge anyone who spots the Philadelphia road rage suspect to avoid approaching him and call 911. Those with information are encouraged to contact 215-686-TIPS (8477) or submit an anonymous tip.

The shooting was one of at least five incidents in Philadelphia that night, leaving a total of seven people injured, according to WCAU and WPVI-TV.
