Lady Gaga’s Dad Deletes GoFundMe After Fans Drag Him On Twitter

Lady Gaga’s father Joe Germanotta is the newest person to ask the public to donate money to his business due to the quarantine from the Coronavirus.

On Friday he set up a GoFundMe to raise $50,000 to cover the wages of 30 staff members for his NYC Italian restaurant, ”Joanne Trattoria.”

According to Newsweek Germanotta tweeted,

“I’m doing the best I can but we had to close Joanne for the month. Our staff needs some help financial. Any help for our employees will be appreciated.”

He quickly deleted the tweet after fans dragged him. Many mentioned his millionaire daughter and suggested that she help him. Gaga has a network of nearly $300 million. 

The GoFundMe page is currently deactivated.
