Lil Yatchy Responds To Lawsuit Over Not Paying Jewelry Tab

Lil Yatchy fights back at the lawsuit that claims he paid for jewelry with a bounced check.

Yatchy, aka Lil Boat, was sued by Guven’s Fine Jewelry for failing to pay his full tab. Yatchy allegedly tried to clear a $233,000 debt to the jeweler with a $70,000 check, which turned out to not even be cashable.

Guven’s Fine Jewlery has claims that Yatchy had plenty of excuses via text message as to why he didn’t pay.

“I have had many bills to pay. Taxes, debt, etc… All that money went instantly. The teeth I just got I traded jewelry for,” was the messages.

According to Bossip, Yachty is arguing that the missing money is a result of Guven’s fraudulent and unethical actions. Yachty claims he was being overcharged for pieces of jewelry. There was no comment on the bounced check.

Y’all think they overcharged Lil Boat because he’s rich and famous?
