The Chicago Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx who infamously dropped charges against Jussie Smollett for his lies, seemingly has a stalker on her case.

Over the weekend, Foxx was confronted by 34-year-old William D. Swetz, who charged his truck at her, nearly missing her before reversing his vehicle and throwing a brown substance in her face.

According to reports, Swetz, spewed at expletive at the prosecutor near her home in Flossmoor, Illinois while driving by in a GMC truck.

On Saturday, Foxx then gave him the finger before he backed the truck up and “accelerated towards the victim,” police wrote in a probable cause affidavit attained by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Foxx was “forced to step off of the road onto the parkway grass due to her fear of being struck.”

Swetz then “tossed a brown liquid substance from a drink cup onto the face of the victim,” and drive away, per the report.

In court, Swetz claimed he didn’t know who Foxx was and said he threw a 7-11 Big Gulp at her.

So basically, he was just being plain old racist.
