Master P’s Son and Two Southern Utah University Basketball Players Arrested For Alleged Refrigerator Theft

Hercy Miller, the son of rapper Master P, along with two fellow Southern Utah University students, was arrested for allegedly stealing refrigerators from the campus, per TMZ Sports

Miller, 24, Brock Felder, 20, and Peter Dadson Jr., 25, all members of the SUU Thunderbirds basketball team, face a theft charge. Security footage showed them loading two $1,500 refrigerators into their vehicles from the campus bookstore’s loading dock on November 11, according to reports.

Police found the stolen refrigerators in the apartment of two of the suspects and in the garage of the third, according to court records obtained by KTVX. Dadson Jr. and Miller claimed they thought the refrigerators were being discarded since they had been on the loading dock for

“almost a month.”

Felder told police that he assisted in loading the refrigerators however, one of the other suspects initiated the theft. The three men were booked into Iron County Jail and released on Thursday, Nov. 28. Miller is a first-year student at SUU after transferring from Louisville last season and is averaging 8.8 points per game as a 6-foot-3 guard.

The former three-star recruit played on Tuesday, Dec. 3, alongside Dadson and Felder, in the team’s 90-55 victory over Park University Gilbert. Head coach Rob Jeter stated to TMZ Sports that the incident was a misunderstanding and that

“the university is working to get this thing resolved quickly.”
