The case file of a 32-year-old who lured an Italian woman with an au pair job offer only to assault her sexually has been sealed. The Michigan resident named Arisknight Arkin-Everett Winfree has been sentenced to life in jail. Winfree has been described as a sexual predator who had only women on his target list. His mode of operation involved tricking women with au pair offer via a website only to sexually assault them. For this offender, it didn’t matter if the victim had to travel a far distance.
Man Arrested After Tricking Italian Woman with Au Pair Ruse Then Sexually Assaults Her
Per People, authorities confirmed that he preyed on an Italian woman just a year ago. Arisknight lied to her claiming she needed to attend to his niece. When he arrived at the Detroit airport, the 32-year-old drove her to his home. Once they settled in, the predator gagged her mouth with a ball and handcuffed her. Winfree then proceeded to assault her sexually while he recorded.
In a statement to the police, the Italian confessed to being intimidated. Her attacker had lied that he was linked to the government while warning her against sharing the experience. Fortunately, the woman was let go. She headed to the hospital as soon as she could. Prosecutors maintained that the Michigan man had wanted to kill the Italian au pair after the sexual assault. According to reports, he confided in a friend about the woman whom he intended to kill and dump her body.
This is not Winfree’s first case of sexual misconduct as he reportedly assaulted a minor. This happened in September 2023, shortly before his encounter with the Italian woman. The now-convicted felon lured his teenage victim with the same lie of a job offer. But when she arrived, he made her nervous with his request to rub his body. Thankfully, she notified her 18-year-old sister in Kansas who alerted the cops. The teen told the police that Winfree possessed multiple firearms.
Thorough Investigations were carried out by the FBI, East Lansing Police Department, and the US Attorney’s Office. A look into his home showed that indeed he had several firearms. Winfree also possessed images and video recordings of his victims which included teenagers, and sex toys. He was sentenced to life in prison on October 7.
