Mulan Hernandez Responds To Ex Stefon Diggs’ Lawsuit

Mulan Hernandez, real name Mia Jones, has hit back at Stefon Diggs, claiming he assaulted her and sharing proof online. Hernandez and Diggs, ex-lovers, have been at it for almost a year since they fought at the NFL player’s apartment. Diggs filed a lawsuit alleging that Hernandez destroyed his property and assaulted him. He also claimed that she caused him emotional damage with her constant harassment. However, the reality TV star responded on Thursday, saying Diggs attacked her and not the other way around.

Mulan Hernandez Fires Back At Stefon Diggs

Mulan Hernandez has reacted to Stefon Diggs’s claims and denied being the aggressor. She responded to her ex-lover’s lawsuit alleging assault and extortion against her a day after he filed it. In a post Onsite obtained, she addressed media outlets reaching out for comments and stated that she would address “this clickbait” only once. The model then took to Instagram on Thursday, February 27, to refute Digg’s claims. She alleged that she was the victim and not her ex, who only fabricated the lawsuit to one-up her.

Hernandez wrote:

“On June 7th I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence, an incident that resulted in a concussion. Months later when the mediation HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not pan out in his favor I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt to try an get ahead of the truth that is to come.”

Mulan Hernandez Says She Will Not Be Intimidated

Mulan Hernandez added that no one could shut her up, referring to Stefon Digg’s claims and lawsuit. She said:

“I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me especially in my time of healing. “Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone an everything that is done in the dark will come to the light.”

She then shared a photo of her hospital visit and diagnosis. The report from Memorial Heights Emergency Center on June 7 wrote that Hernandez had a “minor closed head injury, concussion with no sign of consciousness.

Stefon Diggs Sues Mulan Hernandez For Harassment And Assault

Stefon Diggs filed a lawsuit against Mulan Hernandez on Wednesday, February 26, in Harris County, Texas. He is asking for $250,000 for six counts of abuse. The charges are alleged trespassing, intentional infliction of emotional distress, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, assault, and property damage. In his lawsuit, Diggs said the former Basketball Wives’ Orlando star pulled up to his house on June 7, 2024. She came with a friend, Brianna “Brii” Mack. They both allegedly refused to leave and trashed the athlete’s apartment.

Stefon Diggs also alleged that Mulan Hernandez punched him in the chest and threatened him with a deadly weapon. She and Brii flushed his phone down the toilet, broke his PC gaming system, and destroyed his personal belongings. This included a $130,000 watch.

Mulan Hernandez Tried To Extort Stefon Diggs

Additionally, Stefon Diggs claimed to have suffered emotional damage from Mulan Hernandez’s trespassing and extortion. His attorney, Kent Schaffer, affirmed this and alleged that Hernandez tried to blackmail his client. He said she asked Diggs to pay her to be quiet about the incident some days after. Moreover, Hernandez allegedly tortured Diggs continually, threatening that he wouldn’t play.  Eventually, the football wide receiver tore his ACL shortly afterward on October 27, 2024.

Stefon Diggs’s problems have been compounded by his legal battle with Mulan Hernandez and his ACL injury. Although he has recovered, he has to prove that his injury will not impact his performance, especially as he enters free agency.
