According to officials, a man is accused of attacking a New York City subway rider in a hate crime incident. The suspect allegedly choked and punched the 35-year-old victim while making derogatory comments related to their sexual orientation on a Manhattan train in May, according to WPIX.
The attacker then fled the train station as officials are still looking for the suspect. Reports added that the victim denied being cared for at the scene.
