Russell Simmons is not off the hook for a sexual harassment case against him that’s still pending.

Even though he’s moved to Bali full-time, the former Def Jam executive is still wanted to appear in a deposition through Zoom to answer questions about a victim who claims he sexually harassed her, InTouch reports.

Simmons’ attorney argued that the 66-year-old doesn’t live in the United States and has a Balinese driver’s license, and his bank account is in Bali.

The Jane Doe who filed the claim claims that Simmons forced her to have sex in a Manhattan apartment during a business meeting.

“Initially, Russell began to ‘wrestle’ with Ms. Doe in an attempt to appear playful. The situation escalated into aggression, and Russell pined Ms. Doe down on a bed.” the suit alleged.

“This lawsuit chronicles the account of how a woman who, while pursuing her career and passion as a music executive, was sexually harassed, assaulted, sexually battered, and raped by her boss, Russell Simmons,” she explained in the lawsuit.

Simmons lawyer claims, “We believe a deposition is unduly burdensome, duplicative, and intended to harass our client.”

No word on if Simmons will comply. Seeing Diddy behind bars probably has him shook.
