IKYFL, a woman who started a surrogacy escrow company to help future parents pay for their surrogates, screwed over her clients and reportedly stole their money.

Dominique Side, the owner of Surrogacy Escrow Account Management LLC, allegedly stole at least 2.2 million dollars from her clients to fund her rap career.

On Monday, an amended lawsuit was filed alleging that Side misappropriated millions of dollars that wrongfully enriched Dominique and her business partners,” named in the lawsuit as Anthony Hall, Fredrick Denson, and Kevin Yancy, according to the outlet.

Victims are from all over the country from Bellingham, Wash., White Fish, Mont., and Asbury Park, NJ, Click2Houston reports.

According to the lawsuit, Side goes by the rap name ‘Dom, “a racy rap and R&B singer and music producer.”

Side reportedly used the money to live lavishly and travel all over the world, buy luxury goods and designer clothes and she bought a membership to Soho House, which is an “exclusive club for celebrities in the music industry,” according to reports.

And to add insult to injury she’s on the run and has not been charged or arrested.
