James Waldie was dad to quite a handful of kids — nine altogether. But sadly, he was brutally murdered by one of them, an unsuspecting suspect. Police have confirmed the killer to be his 12-year-old child.

According to People, 55-year-old Waldie suffered the recalcitrant nature of his tweenager. The deceased dad to nine kids was home with his 12-year-old on that fateful day. Police were alerted by a relative on December 27. The tipster claimed that there had been a break-in. Upon investigation, the police discovered that both father and daughter lived together. Unfortunately, the man was declared dead as the police arrived.

Authorities soon realized that the tween had a turbulent relationship with her dad. There have been multiple disturbing calls concerning the child. She was accused of beating up the man, leaving him injured, and fleeing from the premises in the past. But on this particular day, the duo had engaged in an argument that ended Waldie’s life.
