Lake Granbury Youth Services, a certified pre-adjudication Detention Facility was home to all three runaway juveniles. Kamiron McDole, 16, was held there due to a murder charge. Isaiah Lauderdale, 16, had been slapped with a probation violation and a firearms charge. Lastly, Asheton Marshall, the youngest, 15, was in for evading arrest and detention.
McDole, who faces a murder charge, is connected to three towns including Lancaster, Alvarado, and Cleburne. Meanwhile, the other two have only been linked to Cleburne. Per CBS News the police confirmed that the boys injured a staff member of the juvenile facility during their escape around 6:30 pm.
Lake Granbury Youth Services has yet to make any statement concerning their staff’s condition. However, the authorities claimed that the Lake Granbury Youth Services’ juveniles are highly dangerous as they now possess a firearm. So far, they have revealed that they do not intend to forsake their life of crime, as shortly after the escape they committed another.
Surveillance shots released by the Granbury police showed all three juveniles involved in an armed robbery. They dressed in an all-black outfit, with hoodies framing their faces. The authorities released their identities due to their status as a potential threat to the public. However, the nature of the recent crime has simply been pegged as armed robbery. The police have warned that these teens are armed and dangerous.
