Simon Guobadia’s ex-wife, Marsha Shackelford, has come out to debunk Porsha Williams‘ child support claims. Last week, netizens heard the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star saying she stepped in for her ex-husband. She claimed Marsha reached out to her for help regarding child support payments after Guobadia’s detention. However, the Yoga instructor has denied Williams’ claims. She shared receipts backing her up and showing Porsha Williams took the first step.
Simon Guobadia’s Ex-Wife Denies Porsha Williams’ Claims
Simon Guobadia’s ex-wife, Marsha, has come forward to set the record straight. She reached out to ATLien, sharing text messages with Porsha Williams after the latter’s child support claims. The RHOA star had told the court during her divorce deposition that Marsha asked her for child support. She claimed she made the payment to support the kids after their mother reached out to express concern over non-payment.
However, Marsha said she never contacted Porsha Williams for child support or begged for her help. Instead, it was the other way around. Marsha also came with receipts to prove this. In the first screenshot posted online, Williams contacted Marsha after the latter failed to reach her.”Hi Marsha, this is Porsha. I got your number from Lauren, my assistant. She said you called asking about the bookshelf for the boys,” the first message between them began, in screenshots Onsite! obtained. Williams then promised to have Lauren coordinate a time and “send what the boys want from their room.”
Meanwhile, ATLien gave a small backstory, claiming that Porsha Williams “put the boys out” after she married Simon Guobadia. Hence, Marsha wanted to get their bookshelf from their room at Guobadia’s home. The Yoga Practitioner and educator is Guobadia’s second ex-wife and the mother of two of his kids, Christian and Benjamin. She claimed their marriage ended because it was toxic, and Guobadia put in no effort to make it work.
Porsha Williams Offered To Pay Child Support
Marsha had more receipts to share, proving she hadn’t reached out to ask for child support. A second screenshot revealed that Porsha Williams brought up the conversation. After replying that she would ensure Marsha’s boys got their bookshelf and other belongings, she wrote, “I know it’s a sensitive topic, but if there are any issues if you haven’t received child support since Simon’s been away, I’m happy to take care of the child support for him. Just because I love those boys and I just wanna make sure that they get what they need [red heart emoji].”
Meanwhile, Marsha didn’t respond to the child support message, effectively disproving Porsha Williams’ child support claims. She ignored Williams’ statement and only wrote again to request some of her children’s books.”Hi Porsha. Christian asked about his books again today so he will be very happy to get this,” she said in response to Porsha’s last text. Porsha Williams has yet to respond to Marsha’s disclosure.
Netizens are divided over Marsha’s response to Porsha Williams’ child support claims. Some opine that the reality TV star never claimed Marsha begged, while others think Williams has been caught in a lie. Regardless of the situation, it is good to know that Simon Guobadia’s sons are well cared for.
