Months after Porsha Williams split from Simon Guobadia, the entrepreneur is accusing her of fraud. The couple have been at it since the Bravo star slammed the divorce papers on the table. Guobadia’s argument is for the court to overrule the prenuptial agreement signed before their marriage. Through his attorney, the Nigerian businessman says the marriage was a pure scam and premeditated.

Porsha Williams’ marriage to Simon Guobadia happens to be her shortest yet. The 43-year-old TV star was once married to Kordell Stewart and their union lasted for three years. Thereafter she was engaged to Dennis Mckinley with whom she shares a daughter. However, the couple split as she cited infidelity.
But now the table of infidelity seems to have turned. Following her split with Guobadia, Williams’ estranged husband is making allegations against her.

Before pointing accusing fingers the couple worked in unison. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star entered an agreement with her husband. Court documents prove that they signed a prenuptial agreement. However, this was done nine days before the wedding. The terms of the prenup was that Williams would give up her onscreen roles. She had to quit her job at Dish Nation where she served as a host.
That was not all, despite being fans’ favorite on RHOA, Williams was to leave all that behind. The catch was that she would focus on becoming a full-time housewife. All of these terms were fairly agreed upon according to Guobadia before the prenup signing. Williams remained home while receiving a five-figure pay every month. But about two years after her exit from on-screen roles she announced her return. Interestingly, in no time she filed for divorce.
This led to a series of accusations from the 60-year-old. First, Guobadia claimed the onscreen star brought home a gunman for two days. He then added that she threatened him. In the string of these allegations, he called her a cheat for sleeping with different men. So far all of these claims have been refuted. But that hasn’t stopped it from ringing in.

The entrepreneur now claims that Williams showed maximum cooperation during the prenup signing. This meant that there was no time she agreed to go against the clause which would be to return to TV. According to Guobadia’s attorney, he would never have signed the agreement if fully aware of Williams’ misrepresentation.
For the Nigerian native, his wife merely tricked him into the marriage and it was all for financial gain. The 60-year-old emphasized that she took “steps to divorce him just after 453 days of marriage to intentionally trigger the provisions of the prenuptial agreement, for her financial gain.”
As far as financial gains are concerned Guobadia alleges that his wife has had more than enough. Recall that the judge gave Williams temporary custody of her husband’s Georgia marital mansion. The $7 million property was bought before their marriage but the prenup allows sole usage. According to the clause, she was entitled to be in the home for some time once a divorce was filed.
Final Note
According to the case at hand, Williams has solely enjoyed the benefits of the prenup. This includes a stay at the $7 million marital home, and money for home equity. To crown it all she received a whopping sum as a settlement due to the prenup agreement. As to how this will end, only time will tell. But note that so far, Williams has been favored in court against Guobadia.
