President-Elect Trump Declares He Will Strip Transgender Rights On Day One: Promises To Ban Gender Ideology In Schools and More

During a speech at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in #Phoenix on December 22, 2024, President-elect Donald Trump vowed to take immediate executive action to curtail transgender rights upon assuming office.

Trump declared, “With the stroke of my pen on Day 1, we’re going to stop the transgender lunacy,” CNN reports.

He outlined plans to ban gender-affirming medical care for minors, remove transgender individuals from military service, and bar the promotion of “gender ideology” in schools.

In his speech, Trump emphasized his administration’s intent to recognize only two genders, male and female, calling it “common sense.” He also promised to push for legislation banning transgender women from participating in women’s sports and preventing transgender topics from being discussed in schools.

These statements align with broader Republican efforts in recent years to challenge transgender rights, with policies such as bans on gender-affirming care for minors being enacted in many GOP-controlled states.

The speech comes as public opinion remains divided on transgender issues. While a majority of Americans oppose transgender athletes competing on teams that differ from their sex assigned at birth, many also resist outright bans on gender-affirming healthcare.

As the U.S. prepares for a second Trump administration, the debate over transgender rights is expected to remain at the forefront of cultural and political discussions.

  • Elon Musk’s Estranged Trans Daughter Claims Trump’s Victory ‘Confirmed’ Her Decision To Leave The U.S.

Elon Musk’s Estranged Trans Daughter Claims Trump’s Victory ‘Confirmed’ Her Decision To Leave The U.S.

Elon Musk‘s daughter, Vivian Wilson, says she might be leaving the United States soon because she is worried about the future for transgender Americans now that Donald Trump has been re-elected with the strong support of her father.

“I’ve thought this for a while, but yesterday confirmed it for me,”

    Wilson wrote Wednesday on Threads.

“I don’t see my future being in the United States. Even if he’s only in office for 4 years, even if the anti-trans regulations magically don’t happen, the people who willingly voted this in are not going anywhere anytime soon.”

In 2022, Wilson changed her name and started receiving care for her gender identity. Her father, a billionaire, has criticized her choices, saying he believes she is influenced by what he calls

    “the woke mind virus”

    and that she is

    “dead”

    to him.

“Watching the grown members of my ex-‘family’ in the media/twitter-sphere recently makes me glad that I didn’t develop my genetic pre-disposition of apparently not having a fucking spine,”

Wilson wrote Thursday on Threads about her pro-Trump relatives.

    “That’s all.”

Last year, the Human Rights Campaign said that 33 transgender people were killed in the U.S. from November 2022 to November 2023, calling it an

    “epidemic of violence.”

Vivian Wilson also spoke out against those who blame minorities, like Black and Latino voters, or supporters of third parties for Trump winning the election.

“‘Blame this demographic, blame that demographic’… No. Blame the f—ing politicians and oligarchs who caused this to happen. Direct your anger towards them.”

Wilson’s billionaire father reportedly contributed $75 million into a pro-Trump political action committee (PAC), and has been vocal about his support for the President-elect. Even using his platform, X, to boost the President.

Donald Trump’s Miami Hotel Faces Lawsuit By Man Who Claims He Was Seriously Injured Jumping Into 3′ 6″ Pool Labeled 6′ 3″

A man is suing Donald Trump‘s hotel in Miami, claiming he got injured jumping feet-first into a pool that was much shallower than it was labeled to be.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, says that Salvatore Musumeci Jr. from New Jersey was at Trump National Doral Miami for work in February 2023. He jumped into the pool, believing it was 6 feet 3 inches deep, as it was marked on the deck. However, the pool was just 3 feet 6 inches, according to Musumeci.

He says he suffered serious and lasting injuries from jumping into the shallow pool that was marked incorrectly. The man is suing the Trump Organization and Trump International Hotel Group who he believes were careless in maintaining the pool area by mislabeling the depth.

He says his injuries caused him pain and required medical care, leading to high medical bills. He is suing the Trump Organization and Trump International Hotel Group for unspecified damages.

  • Rufus Wainwright ‘Mortified’ By Trump Playing His Cover Of ‘Hallelujah’ At Campaign Rally

Rufus Wainwright ‘Mortified’ By Trump Playing His Cover Of ‘Hallelujah’ At Campaign Rally

It looks like Donald Trump is being called out yet again for using a song at his rally that the artists were not very fond of. Musician Rufus Wainwright said he was utterly

    “mortified”

when he caught wind that the Republican presidential nominee played his cover of Leonard Cohen’s

    “Hallelujah”

during a rally in Pennsylvania on Monday.

“The song ‘Hallelujah’ by Leonard Cohen has become an anthem dedicated to peace, love and acceptance of the truth,”

Wainwright said in a statement posted to X on Tuesday.

“I’ve been supremely honored over the years to be connected with this ode to tolerance. Witnessing Trump and his supporters commune with this music last night was the height of blasphemy.”

Wainwright is recognized for his rendition of Cohen’s iconic song, originally written in 1984. Wainwright’s 2001 cover was also featured in the Shrek soundtrack.

    Trump played Wainwright’s cover of

    “Hallelujah”

during a town hall in Pennsylvania, where he

    “bizarrely”

spent almost 40 minutes just listening to music instead of answering questions, Wainwright described in his statement.

    “Turn it up. Great song,”

Trump said to his supporters as the song was playing. Cohen’s estate has sent a cease-and-desist letter to the Trump campaign, according to Rolling Stone.

This isn’t the first time Trump has been told he can’t use a song at his rallies. Last month, a federal judge in Georgia ordered the Trump campaign to stop playing Isaac Hayes’ soul classic

    “Hold On, I’m Comin’”

    at their events.

Angela Rye Delivers ‘Fact-Check’ On Sexyy Red’s Comments About Black People Supporting Donald Trump, Says ‘I Would Invite You To Look Into His Record’

Angela Rye has responded to Sexyy Red‘s public endorsement of Donald Trump by presenting evidence of his past actions, which she reveals were racially discriminatory. Rye is urging Black Americans who back the former president’s 2024 presidential campaign to educate themselves about his track record.

“To Sexyy Red and everyone else who’s found themselves in the camp for ‘Blacks for Trump,’ I would invite you to look into his record,”

Rye said in videos posted on X (fka Twitter).

“I would invite you to look beyond barbershop conversation, people who are just shooting a breeze — or as some people say, shooting the sh*t.”

“If that’s what you’re gonna do, let at least the sh*t be facts. Let it at least be fact-checked,”

    she added.

“Let it at least be associated with his actual record. When you look and see what Donald Trump actually accomplished for Black people, are you satisfied with that?”

Rye highlighted a number of instances where Trump has been

    “egregious”

towards the Black community. One of these instances was the case of the Central Park Five, who were later exonerated and renamed the Exonerated Five. She also mentioned Trump’s questioning of former president Barack Obama’s citizenship during his presidential campaign.

In 1989, the ex-president took out full-page newspaper ads advocating for the death penalty on five, Black teenage boys after a Central Park jogger was assaulted. Five innocent Black men, Korey Wise, 51; Kevin Richardson, 48; Raymond Santana, 49; Antron McCray, 49; and Yusef Salaam, 49, were wrongly convicted, and later exonerated. In 2019, Trump declined to apologize for his remarks.

“You have people on both sides of that,”

he said, according to The New York Times.

    “They admitted their guilt.”

    Rye also spoke about

    “Birtherism,”

which was enacted during Barack Obama’s run for presidency in 2008, spearheaded by Donald Trump which accused the 44th president of not being a natural-born citizen of the United States. Rye posted a video in response to Sexyy Red’s comments to which she mentioned that black people support Donald Trump on Theo Von’s

    “This Past Weekend”

    podcast last week.

“Yeah, they support him in the hood… Once he started getting black people out of jail and giving people their free money, oh baby we love Trump. We need to get him back in office.”

  • Trump Demands Shoplifters Be ‘Shot’ To End ‘Pillaging and Theft’ During His Speech At The California Republican Party Convention

Trump Demands Shoplifters Be ‘Shot’ To End ‘Pillaging and Theft’ During His Speech At The California Republican Party Convention

In another one of his attempts to

    “Make America Great Again,”

former President Donald Trump promised to

“immediately stop all of the pillaging and theft,”

if he returned to the White House, by urging police to shoot shoplifters, per the NY Post

Amidst a surge in crime rates and bold, daylight shoplifting incidents, Trump directed his focus towards criminals during a passionate speech on Friday night at the California Republican Party convention.

“We will immediately stop all of the pillaging and theft. Very simply: If you rob a store, you can fully expect to be shot as you are leaving that store,”

    the 77-year-old said.

    “Shot!”

Trump said with an added emphasis.

“The word that they shoot you will get out within minutes and our nation, in one day, will be an entirely different place. There must be retribution for theft and destruction and the ruination of our country,”

he added. During his time as President, Trump suggested shooting migrants to stop them from crossing the US-Mexico border. Trump was supported by his followers who cheered him on as he discussed his tough-on-crime plans that proposed opening fire on shoplifters.

According to former Defense Secretary Mark Esper, Trump reportedly asked about shooting protesters during the George Floyd demonstrations. Additionally, Trump has advocated for the death penalty for drug dealers, human traffickers, and those who have killed police officers. In his first year as President, he advised law enforcement officers to be tougher when dealing with suspects, even telling recruits,

    “Please don’t be too nice.”

There has been a recent surge of shoplifting crimes across the country. Most recently, looters in Philadelphia ransacked several retail stores, resulting in extensive damage and leaving numerous businesses with the task of cleaning up the aftermath.

“We will reverse the decline of America and we will end the desecration of your once-great state, California,”

    Trump said Friday.

“This is not a great state anymore. This is a dumping ground. You’re a dumping ground. The world is being dumped into California. Prisoners. Terrorists. Mental patients.”

  • Chris Rock Says Lawmakers Are “Stupid” For Wanting To Arrest Former President Donald Trump

Chris Rock Says Lawmakers Are “Stupid” For Wanting To Arrest Former President Donald Trump

Comedian Chris Rock is once again making headlines after calling lawmakers “stupid” for wanting arrest former United States President Trump. While honoring Adam Sandler at the Mark Twain Prize late Sunday, the 58-year-old “Madagascar” voice actor directly addressed lawmakers in the audience about Trump’s expected arrest, New York Post reported.

Despite the insurrection inciter possibly facing charges of fraud, unauthorized retention of national security documents, mishandling official documents, obstruction, contempt of court, conspiracy to make a false statement, election code violations, racketeering, insurrection, and somehow even more, Rock believes that Trump should not be facing jail time.

“Are you guys really going to arrest Trump?” Rock asked the crowd that included several officials from the Biden administration. “Do you know this is only going to make him more popular. It’s like arresting Tupac- he’s just gonna sell more records. Are you stupid?”

He then began making jokes about Trump’s alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels.

“He f***ed a porn star and paid off someone so his wife couldn’t find out. That’s romantic.” He then said, “We’ve all been cheated on. Don’t you wish that the person that cheated on you paid off somebody so you wouldn’t find out?”

Towards the end of his set, Rock mentioned the infamous slap from award-winning actor and rapper Will Smith, bizarrely comparing it to the attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband. “Paul Pelosi, the only guy who knows how I felt,” he commented about the 82-year-old. In October of last year, Paul Pelosi was viciously pummeled with a hammer during a home invasion. “Just me and you, Paul,” he laughed.

  • White Supremacists Responsible For Over 80% Of Extremism-Related Murders In 2022

White Supremacists Responsible For Over 80% Of Extremism-Related Murders In 2022

In 2022, violence within the United States continued at high levels. The Gun Violence Archive, a nonprofit that tracks shootings within the country, reported that an astonishing 647 mass shootings had taken place last year. Among these murders, were suspects with extremist-related motives. According to findings released by the ADL, the Anti-Defamation League, over 80% of these killers were linked to white supremacists.

“All the extremist-related murders in 2022 were committed by right-wing extremists of various kinds,” ADL stated.

Despite the amount of extremist-related killings in the United States decreasing since 2021, the amount of these murders resulting from white supremacy beliefs have increased. Though numerous human rights groups have voiced concerns over white supremacy in the United States in recent years, the issue of white supremacy began making headlines after former President Donald Trump hosted known white supremacist Nick Fuentes at his private club in Florida, Reuters stated.

As individuals with ties to extreme movements and ideologies continue to kill people within the country, President Joe Biden has established an inter-agency group “to coordinate efforts to counter antisemitism, Islamophobia, and related forms of bias and discrimination,” the White House announced December 2022. Why anti-Blackness and racism against Black Americans were not specifically mentioned in the White House’s statement continues to go unaddressed.
