FedEx Donates Shoes To Over 200 Students At Atlanta Elementary School

Over 200 students in metro Atlanta are ending the week with joy and fresh footwear, thanks to FedEx. Volunteers from the non-profit organization surprised the students at Heritage Elementary with brand-new shoes, as reported by WSBTV.  The volunteers from FedEx Cares were present to assist the children in tying their new shoelaces. This is all a part of a national non-profit called “Operation Warm.” “I’m Super duper excited, Ms. Parker! I’m getting new shoes! So we appreciate it,” one student said. The children were also given new socks from Atlanta-based Delta Airlines, reports note.  #Clique, what are your thoughts?
