Larsa Pippen Says She Didn’t Receive A ‘Nickel’ After Her Divorce From Scottie Pippen

During The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 reunion, Larsa Pippen discussed her divorce from Scottie Pippen and the financial aspects of their split. Despite it being six years since their marriage ended, Larsa wanted to address a specific issue regarding their divorce settlement. She provided new insight into her financial situation during the reunion, per Bravo. During the Season 6 reunion, Larsa opened up about the reasons behind her increased dedication to her multiple businesses after her separation from the former basketball player. She revealed, “When I was going through my whole divorce, for six years, I didn’t get a nickel! I had to make it on my own.” Since then, Larsa has successfully established herself as a brand, venturing into various endeavors such as creating her own jewelry line, hosting a podcast, and building a strong presence as an influencer on social media platforms, which also includes OnlyFans. She explained, “There’s nothing worse than being in a relationship where you can’t leave because you are financially stuck because of your partner. That’s like, the worst.”  If you’re unaware, back in Oct. 2016, both Larsa and Scottie filed for divorce. Although they appeared to make an attempt to reconcile in February 2017, the divorce later became official in December 2021. #Clique, what are your thoughts?

Marcus Jordan Wants His Dad Michael Jordan As His Best Man When He Walks Down The Aisle With Larsa Pippen

Marcus Jordan has revealed that he wants to keep up with family tradition and have his dad, Michael Jordan, be the best man at his wedding with Larsa Pippen. Larsa and Marcus revealed their plans in an interview. Marcus mentioned wanting his dad to be his best man during his special day, stating that he did the same for the former NBA star, and since then, it’s been a family tradition. He felt it was only right that his dad was made his best man. Michael serving as the best man will definitely have the internet buzzing with side comments on his friendship and loyalty to his Bulls teammate Scottie Pippen, seeing that Marcus’ fiancee was Scottie’s ex-wife of 23 years. “I was the best man at his wedding and the best man at my brother’s wedding, and so obviously, we’ll keep that tradition going is my thoughts on it,” Marcus said. During the interview, the couple were both asked if the wedding would be televised despite the Jordan family being so private. “Now that I’ve been on The Housewives of Miami, all the producers are inquiring around when’s the wedding, are we going to film it on TV, so that’s another thing that we’re playing along with is whether or not we’ll air it.” He continued, “We’re very private people, the Jordans, and so if it was up to me, I think we would do multiple weddings, one private for our family and friends and then maybe there’s one that’s a little more public but I guess time will tell.” During a stop on an outing in town, Michael Jordan was briefly stopped by the paparazzi in June earlier this year, where he stated that he doesn’t approve of his son’s relationship with Larsa. In the couple’s podcast, Larsa spoke about the hurt and embarrassment she felt from Michael’s statement to the paparazzi, stating she was “traumatized” and  “embarrassed.” Marcus didn’t take Michael’s response to the heart however, he found the response funny, as he associated it to him being intoxicated. Larsa on the other hand, didn’t take the statement lightly, stating it wasn’t a funny response to give. “You thought it was funny,” Pippen questioned Jordan on the episode. “I didn’t think it was funny. There is nothing funny about it.… I kinda felt like it went everywhere, and I was kind of embarrassed.” Pippen went further to state that the response made her feel like a liar, making the public feel like she was just insinuating that both Pippen and Jordan’s families approve of the relationship between the pair. #Clique, what are your thoughts on this?
