Tammy Rivera gets very emotional speaking about her incarcerated father on tonight’s episode of ”Waka and Tammy : What The Flocka.”
Her father Oscar Rivera has been incarcerated since she was one year old. She spoke to her husband Waka Flocka and expressed wanting to take her 14 year old daughter, Charlie to visit him in prison and why it was so important.
“The first time that I met him and actually remember meeting him was when I was 14 years old. It’s finally a time in my life where I feel like I can’t go any further without going to see my dad.”

Tammy hadn’t seen her father in 19 years and Charlie never met her grandfather.
