Just recently, Urfan Sarif and his wife, Beinash Batool were sentenced to life with a minimum of forty and thirty-three years respectively concerning Sara’s death. Per The Sun, they were convicted for murdering the minor who was placed under their care. The girl suffered years of neglect and regular assaults. These were reactions to her acting out of order.

Sara Sarif was a 10-year-old girl who began to live with her father and step-mom in Surrey around 2019. However, she was a victim of sadistic punishments meted out by her dad, and concealed under a hijab. During her short time on earth she was bitten and burned. But it all ended last year after she gave in to her many injuries. On August 10, the little girl was discovered dead. Upon examination, it was discovered that she had endured 71 internal injuries.

After Sara’s death, Urfan, his brother, Faisal Malik, and Batool fled the country. Surveillance cameras picked up the trio as they hurried off to the airport. Although Urfan successfully flew to Pakistan, he was overwhelmed with guilt as he reported the crime to the police. The killer dad revealed that he had beaten his daughter excessively.

Following the arrest of the trio, they individually refused to give more details, as they occasionally responded with “no comment.” Malik who was cleared of murder was convicted of allowing it to happen. Thus, he was handed a 16-year sentence.

Meanwhile, Sara Sarif’s mom Olga Domin confessed her frustration and sadness following the conviction. She called the culprits, cowards while stating that Sara would be remembered as the smiling child with a “unique character.”
