He did this after online netizens dug up a clip of his fiancee, Leanna Lenee, twerking on another man while they were supposedly together. Another man also came out to share evidence of Lenee sliding into his DMs to ask him out when her relationship with Travis Hunter began.
Travis Hunter Goes Off Instagram
Travis Hunter has gone off Instagram days after fans piled on his fiancee, Leanna Lenee, for her public actions. He deactivated his account after Akademics TV posted an old clip on Sunday, December 22, showing his fiancee dancing at a party. In the clip, Lenee wore a top and miniskirt and twerked on another man while she was already dating Hunter. She was also seen dancing with another lady, who wore the same dress as Lenee. The video went viral and increased speculations about her suitability as Hunter’s fiancee.
Travis Hunter deactivated his Instagram account a few hours later. Meanwhile, after the viral twerking video, another person unveiled the DM Hunter’s fiancee sent to him some years back to prove she was cheating. They repeated the football player’s words, saying he had been with his fiancee for five years, and showed the messages Lenee allegedly sent them.
“You is tooo cute let me wife you,” her message read.
On another occasion, Lenee reacted to the internet user’s story with a heart-eyes emoji.
Travis Hunter’s Defense
Before the recent clip went online and Travis Hunter went off his Instagram, he had defended his fiancee several times against fans who criticized her frequently. While streaming live on Twitch, the Colorado football star told fans he wouldn’t break up with Lenee because fans asked him to. He revealed that the criticism was “draining,” and that Lenee went to bed after he won the Heisman Trophy drunk after crying her eyes out because of the trolling.
Lenee also uploaded a TikTok video afterward to defend herself against critics. However, contrary to her expectations, the trolling worsened. Naysayers also dug out the three-year clip of her dancing at the party, further exacerbating the situation. Consequently, Travis Hunter deactivated his Instagram to support her. Neither of them has also said anything regarding the clip and cheating allegations.

Fans were divided over the recent revelations about Travis Hunter’s fiancee, leading to the athlete going off Instagram. Some felt bad for the couple, especially Hunter, while others thought it was a sign for him to dump his fiancee.
