New information has come to light regarding the mysterious death of 24-year-old Emily Keene from Virginia, but many questions still remain. She was discovered deceased from gunshot wounds in her vehicle on May 5. The Chief Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide, leading to the arrests of 22-year-old Corion Manns and 25-year-old Isaiah Witcher, both charged with murder, according to PEOPLE.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by PEOPLE, Witcher and Keene were in a relationship when she was murdered. The warrant states that Witcher confessed to being in the car with Manns during the incident; however, he claimed that Manns was the one who shot Keene.
Officials apprehended Manns and took both suspects into custody, where they will remain without bond until their court hearings, according to the FCSO. Court records indicate that Manns has three convictions for assault and battery and served a year behind bars for violating a protective order. Witcher has several arrests for assault and battery but only one conviction, with his last two charges dismissed.
