An upstate New York Supreme Court judge went on a tirade against Black teens and allegedly tried to use her position to convince officers to shoot Black party-goers.

Erin P. Gall had the gall to go on a profanity-laced tirade against the teens and used a “blaccent” to taunt and mock the teens while trying to give officers the green light to shoot them.

According to Law & Crime, Gall used “a racially offensive, profane, prolonged public diatribe outside a high school graduation party, during which she repeatedly invoked her judicial office, threatened gun violence and both criticized and pledged favored treatment for the police” by telling responding law enforcement, “[y]ou know I am on your side.”

However, on Monday, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct recommended Gall to lose her job, after the July 1, 2022 incident where teens got a little rowdy.

“They don’t look that smart” and “they’re not going to business school, that’s for sure,” Gall said about the Black teens.

Additionally, as one teen tried to look for a lost car key, Gall then urged cops to take the lives of the teens saying, “when they trespass you can shoot them on the property. I’ll shoot them on the property,” the panel said, referring to Gall’s racist rhetoric.

One officer took issue with Gall’s illegal suggestion.

“This isn’t Texas. You can’t shoot somebody for simply going on your property. . . . Do you hear what you’re saying? You’re all White, privileged people with high-power jobs.”

Gall responded, “If you’re not invited by a homeowner, it’s still trespassing. I’ve done this for a million years. I’m a lawyer. I’m a judge. I know this.”

The panel continued, Gall’s behavior was “unbecoming a judge, brought reproach upon the judiciary and irreparably damaged her ability to serve as a judge.”
