A mystery surrounds the recent allegations that rapper Waka Flocka was attacked, sparked by a video showing him poolside with a black eye. In the clip, he attempted to conceal the marks using filters and emojis. Just days earlier, Waka posted a selfie on social media, revealing his battered face and claiming he had been jumped by 10 men. In the caption, he wrote,

“Can’t believe nobody helped me fight ten ni**as off but I’m still standing ten toes marks.”

Fans quickly rallied to his defense, expressing concern for his safety. However, the post was later deleted, and Waka shared a short clip laughing and seemingly denying the incident. In the video, he said,

“crazy yall ni**as believed that sh*t.”

Waka also turned to X to call out blogs for running with his story and failing to do their research on the facts.

“Not a single media outlet that reported on my sh*t reached out to me or my team to confirm anything.. they ran with the caption as they headline. Imagine a world where facts aint checked and ig post can steer a string of #news.”

So, was the rapper really jumped as he initially claimed, or was this story a ploy for attention?
