A TikTok video has gone viral after a woman claimed she found marijuana in her child’s order from a Burger King in #Ohio.
The incident has led to the termination of the employee involved and an ongoing police investigation.
In the video posted Sunday, TikTok user @JannaBama, identified as #JannaMichelle, recounted purchasing chicken fries for her daughter at the Burger King on Main Street in #Hamilton. Upon checking the bag, she discovered several buds of marijuana alongside the food.
“She got her chicken fries,” Janna says in the video, showing the marijuana. “Chicken fries with a side of… Mary Jane.”

A manager at the Hamilton Burger King confirmed that the incident was captured on surveillance footage and that the employee responsible has been fired. The manager did not disclose the employee’s identity.
Burger King’s corporate office expressed disappointment over the situation. “We were very disappointed to learn of the incident and do not take incidents that put our guests in danger lightly,” the company stated.
Hamilton Police Sergeant Brian Ungerbuehler noted that, although no formal reports were initially filed, the department is actively investigating the matter. “More information will be released once it becomes available,” he added.
