An emboldened white passenger on Spirit Airlines made a disturbing remark to a Black woman, threatening to snatch her wig off.
The man seemingly got upset because the woman stood up as soon as the plane landed, The DailyMail reports.
However, those are fighting words and the woman who was waiting in the aisle to disembark clapped back when the man tried her.
“You’re lucky you’re a woman,” the man said to the woman who hit back, asking him if he wanted a “catfight.”
“We can walk,” the woman said. “Nobody said we couldn’t walk.”
He responded: “Where are you walking to?”
She quipped: “I’m standing… on business.”
The man then turned things up saying, “Listen, relax before I take your hair piece out… Your wig.”
That uncouth comment got passengers stirred up and they defended the woman, telling the man to “leave her alone.”
The woman responded telling the man, “You won’t touch me.” The woman then tells the man he “smells like the toxins you consume.”
The man then had the audacity to lean forward and breathe in the woman’s face.
The woman handled things with grace after the man blew his breath on her.
