Another victim, a woman, has come forward to accuse Diddy of sexual assault. The woman claimed that the incident happened over two decades before after a party. Diddy’s newest accuser’s allegation is coming on the heels of multiple accusations against the music producer. As with all other accusations, his lawyers have denied the accusation, vowing to unveil the truth in court.
Woman Sues Diddy for Sexual Assault
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slammed with another sexual assault case. The alleged victim, a woman, said she met him at a party in New York in 1999. She claimed that the assault happened afterward and has sued him. The plaintiff said she was 23 and working as a model and promotional employee then. According to court documents People obtained, the anonymous victim claimed that a party attendee introduced her to Diddy at his VIP party.
As the night wore on, Diddy invited the plaintiff to stay at his home so she wouldn’t worry about catching a train. The woman claimed she told him she was married and accepted his offer after he assured her she would be safe with him. The complaint notes that they got into the Bad Boy Records founder’s car, but the plaintiff started feeling very drowsy. She suspected she had been drugged and decided to alert her husband.
Diddy’s Alleged Victim Texted Her Husband
Diddy’s alleged sexual assault victim said in her complaint that she texted her husband so he would know where she was. She claimed she had found some envelopes in the car and had sent him the address written on them. The situation became more suspicious when the driver tried to move the mail out of her view. The plaintiff alleged that Diddy helped her into his house once they arrived and tried to make her drink more alcohol.
The woman further reported that Diddy led her to a bed where he sexually assaulted her for four hours. She claimed that she reminded the music mogul that she was married and had texted her husband the address, but that didn’t deter him. She also claimed that he penetrated her with his fingers at some point during the four hours. Meanwhile, the woman’s husband failed to show up, and she insisted on leaving Diddy’s house once the drugs wore off.
Diddy’s Lawyers Deny Sexual Assault Charge
Diddy’s lawyers have denied the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” they wrote, according to People.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The latest lawsuit against Diddy is one of the multiple sexual assault cases filed against the producer. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He was indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Diddy’s lawsuits keep piling up before his May 5, 2025 trial. Meanwhile, he has denied all accusations and continues to maintain his innocence.
