Thus making her kill count two. According to Annapolis police, they had been investigating a murder that happened inside a vehicle. The victim was Allison McIntyre and she was found inside her car around a shopping center. The authorities were alerted around 4:50 pm when witnesses realized a dead person in Annapolis Marketplace, 1700 block of Forest Drive.
Allison McIntyre Murdered in Annapolis During Good Deed
WBALTV reports that Allison McIntyre, 59, was left to die by the shooter who escaped in a blue Toyota. Surveillance feeds pointed the authorities to the suspect, who they arrested hours later. Amid being unable to pinpoint a motive, the police maintained that the shooting was not random. They also confirmed that both women might have known each other.
Weeks after having Monet Thompson, Desiree McIntyre, the victim‘s daughter spoke up. She confessed that the whole thing happened during a phone call with her mom. Desiree claimed Allison had told her about helping Thompson get gas as her car had broken down. While on the phone, she heard her mom say “ok” to the shooter’s request. Sadly, what came next were gunshots and the call went off.
Amid the grief, Desiree went on about how loving and caring her mom is towards the needs of others. For now, her only hope is that the authorities dispense justice as regards the unfortunate events. So far, Thompson, 49, has remained in jail without bail while the investigation is ongoing. Apart from the recent murder that happened earlier this month, she is wanted for another crime. On September 26, Thompson was linked to a homicide that occurred in Georgetown.
