Xzibit’s estranged wife, Krista Joiner, has reported financial difficulties since they split in 2021 and has recently taken her concerns to court. According to documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, she is seeking to modify her spousal support, claiming she can no longer maintain the lifestyle she desires for herself and their son.

Joiner states that she and her 12-year-old son have had to leave their $10K-a-month rental home and cannot afford designer clothes or cover bills, car insurance, and vacations. She also alleges that Xzibit has prioritized buying his girlfriend a luxury car over their son’s private school tuition and hasn’t seen the child since September.

Additionally, she accuses Xzibit of physically harming their son. Allegedly, slamming their son’s head on a table after he had memes of X’s new girlfriend Valerie Eagleson. She also claims that he and his new girlfriend tried to fight her at a studio, resulting in her suffering abrasions. Joiner is requesting an increase in spousal support from $9,313 to $21,380 per month and asserts that Xzibit owes her over $750K in back payments, along with $300K for attorney fees.
