Moriah Mills has denied undergoing BBL surgeries to get her current shape. Netizens worried about her health after the adult film actress gained excessive weight in her butt and breasts. However, Mills, who used to date New Orleans Pelicans power forward Zion Williamson, said their concerns were unfounded. She said she merely gained some flesh the natural way. Moriah Mills also claimed never to have been on a surgery table for a BBL operation.
Moriah Mills Denies BBL Allegations
Moriah Mills has come out to dispel the allegations that she got a BBL after her unpleasant butt enlargement. The Queens native aroused curiosity with a series of posts on Instagram. The images, posted two days ago, followed her last snaps, which were last uploaded on March 19, 2025, and showed a dramatic difference. However, in a video posted on her TikTok, which Onsite obtained, Morial Mills claimed she didn’t undergo surgery. Rather, she said the new look happened because she gained weight.
“Y’all, not every time a girl’s butt bigger means she’s hopping on surgery tables. Nobody’s hopping on surgery tables every few months. People get thick. Things happen, okay? Moriah Mills said of the BBL allegations. She added, “No, I didn’t go on a surgery table. I literally just gained a few pounds over the last six months. You guys haven’t seen me post like this in the last six months. I have not been on no surgery table.”
She then asked people to stop with the comments about her getting butt enlargement surgery, saying, “Please stop. ‘Oh she’s been getting BBLs.’ No, I don’t, so stop with these allegations. Thank you, and have a good day.” Moriah Mills has not always had a large butt, which many took as proof of her BBL surgeries. She had an average-sized body and used to work at a nightclub before becoming an Instagram model. Mills was also once an audience member on The Wendy Williams Show.
Fans React To Mills’ Denial
After Onsite shared Moriah Mills’s TikTok video, fans reacted to the adult film star’s BBL denial. Some doubted the former model’s claims about not seeing a plastic surgeon. However, others claimed she was technically right because her BBL didn’t look like a doctor did it. Someone said, “She keep saying in the last 6 months… that doesn’t include the 10 years of surgery prior to.” A second person commented, “I think she is telling the truth, because that’s a black market behind. It’s was probably done in a hotel room.” A third person said, “She ain’t been on no surgery table, she was on a desk in somebody basement in the Bronx😂.”
Meanwhile, many netizens were also worried about Moriah Mill’s health because of the excessive BBLs. They reasoned that she likely had mental health issues or body dysmorphia. “Child please… you need to be on a psychiatrist couch and speak about your mental health…” someone wrote. A second person said, “Body dysmorphia, is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. Another person added, “It’s mental illness at this point.”
Moriah Mills’ BBL allegations are believable because her butt is definitely not the result of weight gain. Hopefully, the actress will stop before she harms herself irreparably and seek help.
