    Kanye West Denies Former Assistant’s Sexual Harassment Claims, Says Allegations Are ‘Baseless and Accuses Her Of Blackmail

    Kanye West denied accusations of sexual harassment made by his former Yeezy assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming sexual harassment and wrongful termination. In a statement provided to Page Six by his lawyers, the artist, known by his legal name Ye, alleged that the OnlyFans model tried pursuing

    “him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits”

    and then attempted to extort him when

    “her advances were rejected.” 

    “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,”

    the statement reads.

    “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”

    “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct,”

    his legal team continued.

    Per the lawyers,

    “Pisciotta offered Ye sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours.”

    West is accusing Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail him out of

    “$60 million last year to $50 million in last week’s frivolous filing,”

    his lawyers claimed. According to the influencer, she was hired in July 2021 with an initial salary of $1 million. In September 2022, she was promoted to the position of chief of staff, with a significant raise of $4 million. However, just a month later, she was terminated from her position where she was promised a severance package of $3 million, but has not received it.

    She has accused Kanye West of creating a hostile work environment and engaging in several sexually inappropriate incidents. One such incident involved him allegedly locking her in a room with him while he was masturbating.

    Reports By Pulse, In a recent interview with Teju Babyface on the King of Talks podcast, the host asked him about the allegations levied against him, painting him out as a wife beater. When asked for his opinion on where the allegations came from, he stressed that he doesn’t know, adding that he does not possess any of the characteristics of a wife-beater. He said,

    “Why are you beating a woman? Then what? I don’t do that and anyone that says that is a big fool because I support women. Anybody that is a wife beater, first of all, looks at all women like they’re beneath them, so beneath them that they can trample upon them.”

    Going on, Frank cited an instance that shows how supportive he is to his wife, noting that he learned photography to help her take professional pictures of her work as an interior designer. Through that instance, he emphasised that no wife-beater would support their wife, and he is no wife-beater.In his words,

    “I did Photoshop and Lightroom, learned photography, learned cinematography for my wife and her business and I stand by her and her business. If she ever needs me, I’d be there in a pinch and she knows that.”

    Frank stressed that he never laid a hand on his ex-wife Katherine Obiang, his current wife Sandra Onyenucheya, or any woman he has ever worked with. The Who Wants To Be A Billionaire host noted that he prefers to stay quiet and keep malice during an argument and has never hit anyone. He and the mother of his three children, Katherine, split up in 2011 and the marriage finally ended in 2013. During their marriage, the domestic abuse rumors’ raged on but the host stands firmly on his case that it never happened.

    Bill Cosby Faces New Lawsuit From Singer Morganne Picard Alleging Actor Drugged and Raped Her In The Late 1980s

    Renowned comedian Bill Cosby is confronted with yet another lawsuit, this time by singer Morganne Picard, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her in the late 1980s, according to USA Today. 

    Cosby allegedly coerced Picard into drinking intoxicating beverages on multiple occasions between 1987 and 1990. She claims to have been rendered unconscious and raped by Cosby at his residence, waking up in a hotel room with vaginal soreness. Picard also accuses Kaufman Astoria Studios, Astoria Studios LP II, the Carsey-Warner Company, and NBCUniversal of failing to stop Cosby’s abuse.

    No response has been received from Kaufman Astoria Studios, the Carsey-Warner Company, or NBCUniversal. Picard’s lawsuit accuses Cosby of battery, assault, and emotional distress, while the other defendants are being sued for negligence. Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, denies the allegations.

    “It is disappointing to see that these alleged distractors are able to monetize false allegations against Mr. Cosby,”

    Andrew Wyatt, said in a statement to PEOPLE.

    Wyatt added,

    “Mr. Cosby continues to invoke his Constitutional Rights by saying, ‘Not Guilty’ and vehemently denying all of these alleged allegations waged against him.”

    The Adult Survivors Act allows adult victims to sue alleged abusers for older sexual crimes within a one-year window, regardless of the Statute of Limitations. This window closes on Thanksgiving 2024.

    This lawsuit adds to Cosby’s legal battles. Previously, former model Victoria Valentino filed a lawsuit alleging Cosby drugged and raped her in 1969. 

    Five women also accused Cosby of sexual assault, battery, and emotional distress. Cosby, who has faced accusations from over 60 women, was convicted in 2018 but later released in 2021 after his conviction was vacated.

    BBC Africa Reports, Bruce Mwape has been in charge of Zambia since 2018. A complaint has been received, a Fifa spokesperson said.

    The alleged incident is said to have taken place during a training session two days before their final group match against Costa Rica, which Zambia won 3-1 for their first victory at a World Cup.

    Fifa’s spokesperson added:

    “Fifa takes any allegation of misconduct extremely seriously and has a clear process in place for anyone in football who wants to report an incident”.

    But the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) said

    “it has not received any such complaint”

    And it is a

    “surprise”.

    All the training sessions for the Copper Queens [Zambia] were filmed by the FAZ media team and offers no such footage, the FAZ said, additionally, a Fifa film crew attached to the Zambian team at the World Cup was present at all training sessions.

    Sexual abuse allegations against Mwape, who took charge in 2018, also emerged last year on social media. The FAZ said at the time that it had received no official complaint, but had opened an investigation, adding that

    “we consider these allegations very serious”.

    Mwape was repeatedly asked about those allegations at the World Cup but he denied any wrongdoing and insisted they were

    “fake”.

    Reports by Premium Times The Presidential Election Petitions Court (PREPEC) reserved judgement in two seperate petitions filed by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and that of Labour Party(LP), Peter Obi challenged the declaration of Senator Bola Tinubu as President.

    The five-member panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, said the date for judgement in the two petitions would be communicated to parties shortly after all parties adopt their written addresses for and against the petitions.
    However the respondents who adopted their final addresses first urged the court to dismiss the two petitions for lacking in merit, adding that the petitioners failed to prove allegations contained last month, the tribunal had also reserved ruling in the petition by the Allied People’s Movement (APM) seeking the disqualification of Tinubu from the February 25th presidential election on account of alleged unlawful nomination of the vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
    During the proceedings, Atiku was accompanied by PDP’s acting national chairman Umar Damagun, his retinue of aids and others, whereas Peter Obi was accompanied by Nigeria’s famous writer Chimamanda Adichie in their seperate petitions.

    Both Atiku and Obi disagreed with the submissions of the respondents in their seperate final addresses. Atiku through his lawyer urged the panel to keep to its promise to deliver substantial justice and not technical justice in their petition, adding that they had fully established allegations raised in their petitions through the testimonies of witnesses called as well as plethora of documents tendered.
    Obi through his lead counsel observed that the respondents only laboured in vain by trying to degrade the importance of IREV when the Supreme Court had already settled the fact that IREV was part of the electoral process.

    Former Assistant Principal At Donda Academy Sues Kanye West For Exposing Students To ‘Absolutely Egregious’ Conditions At The School

    It looks like rapper, Kanye West, is under scrutiny again for his private Christian school, Donda Academy. The former assistant principal of the school is suing Ye for allowing students and staff to attend classes in filthy and unsafe conditions, according to the complaint obtained by Insider. 

    The plaintiff, Isiah Meadows, was an assistant principal at the school from November 2020 to August 2022. He claims during his time working there he experienced,

    “faulty electrical wiring in the school that once started a fire near where students eat,”

    as well as incomplete construction and windows that didn’t have any glass in them. 

    According to the complaint, students were also allegedly exposed to poorly maintained septic tanks, which would overflow

    “every other day… causing a terrible smell.”

    Since April, West’s private school, which cost a whopping $15,000 a month for students to attend, has been hit with a barrage of disturbing allegations. 

    “It is just absolutely egregious what is going on at this school,”

    Meadows’ attorney, Ron Zambrano of West Coast Employment Lawyers, said in a statement emailed to Insider. According to the outlet, lawyers for West did not respond to their requests for comment. 

    “The unlawful and retaliatory behavior by Mr. West and the school directors have now been documented multiple times by other former employees who never even worked together but all experienced the same horrendous treatment and witnessed the same serious health, safety, and education code violations, while all were subjected to the same fate — wrongful termination — and we plan to hold them accountable,”

    Zambrano added.

    On December 3rd, Chris Cuomo was terminated from his position as a CNN news host after reportedly helping his brother, Andrew Cuomo, fight multiple sexual harassment accusations. According to Business Insider, released transcripts indicated that the now 52-year-old used his media sources to find information about one of his brother’s accusers. Over a year later, the former news anchor revealed how he felt about his firing while speaking as a guest on an episode of Anthony Scaramucci’s podcast, “Open Book.”

    “I was going to kill everybody and myself,” Cuomo confessed. The scorned former CNN employee, who is of Italian decent, blames his initial reaction on his heritage. “Things can consume you,” he added. “Italians are so passionate.”

    Despite feeling that he was betrayed by the major network after eight years of being employed by them, Cuomo has grown to accept that his days as a primetime news anchor have permanently ended. “I’ll never be that again,” he said. “That was taken from me, I believe wrongly. I’ll litigate that. I’m not going to bitch about it in the press.”

    In October, Cuomo began hosting “Cuomo” on Newsweek, which gained popularity after comments about the United States’ House midterm election results and his heated interview with controversial celebrity Ye for his antisemitic remarks.

    “I’m trying to remember what I’ve been through every day, and not forgetting and falling back into what works,” he explained. “What will rate more and what will get me higher on the media list, and what will get more people talking about me.”
