Former NFL player Michael Oher has filed a petition to end the conservatorship that was granted to the Tuohy family in 2009. The Tuohys, who took Oher in and helped him achieve success in football and beyond, have said that they will cooperate with the court’s order to end the conservatorship.
Oher’s petition alleges that the Tuohys misled him into signing the conservatorship papers, and that they have profited from his story without his consent. The Tuohys have denied these allegations, and they say that they are
“heartbroken”
by Oher’s decision to file the petition.
The court will now decide whether to end the conservatorship. If it does, it will be a significant development in the ongoing saga of Michael Oher and the Tuohy family.

According to New York Post, Antonio Armstrong Jr. was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday. Additionally, the 23-year-old has the possibility of being granted parole after 40 years.
On Wednesday, Armstrong Jr. was also found guilty of the capital murder of his parents, Antonio Armstrong Sr. and Dawn Armstrong, in 2016. A Texas grand jury reportedly heard “more than 40 hours of testimony” from more than “31 witnesses” over the 11-day trial.

TJ Dudley, a former Clemson football player who recently transferred to Ole Miss, was reportedly kicked off the Tigers’ team for creating an OnlyFans page that featured photos of himself and his teammates.
The report, which was published by Beatin The Bookie, alleges that Dudley took photos of his teammates without their consent and posted them on his OnlyFans page. This is a violation of Clemson’s team rules and could also be illegal.
Dudley has not commented on the allegations, but Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney confirmed that Dudley was no longer with the team.
“It’s unfortunate, but we’ve got rules and sometimes it’s just best to get a fresh start,”
Swinney said.
“We wish him well.”
The OnlyFans platform allows users to create and sell exclusive content to subscribers. It has become increasingly popular in recent years, particularly among celebrities and athletes. However, the platform has also been criticized for its exploitation of women and its potential for child sexual abuse content.
It is unclear whether Dudley will face any legal consequences for his actions. Tigers recently took to social media to declare his commitment to Ole Miss. This decision came after he entered the transfer portal on July 19. It was revealed that Dudley had been dismissed from the Clemson program due to a violation of team rules before he made the choice to transfer, as reported by On3.

Shark Tank star Daymond John, has been granted a permanent restraining order against three former contestants who made negative statements about him on social media. The restraining order was granted against former NFL player Al “Bubba” Baker, his wife Sabrina, and their daughter Brittani. The Bakers appeared on Shark Tank in 2014 to pitch their business, Bubba’s Q Boneless Baby Back Ribs. John invested $300,000 in the company, but the Bakers later claimed that John had not lived up to his end of the deal.
In 2021, the Bakers began making negative statements about John on social media, calling him a
“con artist”
and a
“liar.”
John filed for a restraining order in 2022, and a judge granted him a temporary restraining order in March. The permanent restraining order was granted on Friday.
The restraining order prohibits the Bakers from making any public statements about John or his business dealings. It also prohibits them from contacting John or his family. John’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, said in a statement that the restraining order was
“a victory for the truth. Daymond John is a successful businessman who has built an empire based on integrity and hard work,”
Brettler said.
“The Bakers’ false and defamatory statements were an attempt to destroy his reputation.”
The Bakers have not commented on the restraining order.
Twitch Online sensation Kai Cenat has enthusiastically hopped on board the NPCTikTok trend (where creators act like robots), and the results have been nothing short of astounding. In just a single hour of TikTok Live streaming, Kai managed to rake in an incredible $6000 for the hour
“We made $6000 sitting on our ass and going live on TikTok,”
he revealed. NPC is short for an automated
“non-player character”.
This new viral phenomenon is known as NPC streaming, gaining viral popularity thanks to content creators like Pinkydoll, whose real name is Fedha Sinon. In the course of these live NPC broadcasts, viewers generously send monetary tips to the creator, and these contributions manifest on the screen as delightful cartoon gifts, such as an ice cream cone or a rose. The creator responds in real-time, expressing their reactions.
The surge of NPC streamers is linked to the evolving definition of the term
“NPC,”
which has become a beloved piece of internet slang. Originally standing for
“non-player character,”
NPC is now used pejoratively to describe individuals who lack independent thought or action.
