Woman Arrested After Smearing Dog Poop In 76-Year-Old Neighbor’s Face During Argument

A woman in Florida was arrested after she allegedly smeared dog poop on her elderly neighbor’s face during an argument, per the New York Post. Kali Robertson, 28, was walking her dog through her mobile home lot in St. Petersburg when the incident occurred. According to officials, the man would often engage in conversations with Robertson while she walked her dog. However, on this particular occasion, something he said allegedly upset her.

In response, Robertson grabbed an unsecured bag of dog poop and pushed it onto the man’s face, leaving poop smeared on him. She then threw the bag on the ground and walked away. The police were able to match the doggie bag to those in Robertson’s possession.

After being confronted with the evidence, Robertson admitted to the crime. She was later arrested for her actions.

  • 21-Year-Old New York Student Sentenced To A Year In Dubai Jail After Touching An Airport Security Officer’s Arm During a Strip Search

21-Year-Old New York Student Sentenced To A Year In Dubai Jail After Touching An Airport Security Officer’s Arm During a Strip Search

A New York City college student has been sentenced to one year in prison by the United Arab Emirates, reports the NY Post. Elizabeth Polanco De Los Santos, 21, who attends Lehman College in the Bronx, was accused of assaulting an airport security guard during a connecting flight in Dubai earlier this year.

After being prohibited from leaving Dubai for nearly three months, she was later sentenced to a year in prison.

“Elizabeth only intended to transit through Dubai for six hours but she’s been there for months on end and has lost $50,000 in expenses and lawyers costs,”

said Detained in Dubai founder Radha Stirling.

In July, De Los Santos and a friend were traveling back to New York from Istanbul. Originally planning to transit through Paris, they decided to change their flight to have a layover in Dubai to explore the city.

The trouble began at the airport security when the staff asked Los Santos to remove a waist compressor she needed to wear due to recent surgery.

Taken to a private booth, female staff members not only handled the compressor roughly, causing pain to her healing scars, according to her mother, but also refused to assist her in putting it back on.

Frustrated, Los Santos called out to her friend for help, leaning past a security guard who was blocking her way.

“I gently touched her arm to guide her out of the way, then desperately started crying to my friend for help,”

    she told Detained in Dubai.

After a security guard filed a complaint, Los Santos was confined for hours and forced to sign a form in Arabic. Upon her attempt to leave, a travel ban was imposed due to the ongoing court case. After weeks in hotels, she managed to pay a 10,000 AED ($2,700 US) fine and depart following a judge’s permission. Unfortunately, Dubai prosecutors contested, leading to a one-year prison sentence on Monday.

Mother Charged After Sexually Assaulting Her Daughter and Inviting Other Men Including A Sex Offender To Join

A Texas mother has been accused of sexually abusing her own 10-year-old daughter and making plans for a registered sex offender to join them in the abuse, reports the New York Post. 37-year-old Elizabeth Spaeth admitted to engaging in sexual activity with her underage daughter on numerous occasions, which led to her arrest. Her fiancé, Garrett Andrew Bailey, 35, was also charged with sexual abuse after Spaeth confessed to letting him abuse her daughter at least three different times. Additionally, registered sex offender 40-year-old Jarrod Kirkus was arrested after Spaeth reached out to him on Snapchat to arrange for him to abuse her daughter.

The alarming case unfolded after officials responded to a call at an apartment complex and discovered Kirkus alone with the unnamed 10-year-old girl. He was taken into custody on a warrant for distribution of child pornography. Further investigation disclosed that there was no connection between Kirkus and the child, which led authorities to her mother. She admitted to facilitating the meeting between her daughter and Kirkus and confessed to having sex with her daughter numerous times. She also disclosed that Bailey had joined in on the abuse and had even sexually assaulted the girl once without Spaeth present. According to an affidavit, Bailey started abusing the girl when she was just 8 years old.

Following Spaeth’s arrest, the 10-year-old girl and another child were taken from the residence. Spaeth and Bailey were charged with continuous sexual assault of a child amongst other charges, while Kirkus was charged with possession with intent to promote pornography.

  • Mother Acquitted Of Serious Charges After allegedly Hunting Down Son’s Bullies With A Bat and Running Over Teen Twice, Prosecutors Alleged

Mother Acquitted Of Serious Charges After allegedly Hunting Down Son’s Bullies With A Bat and Running Over Teen Twice, Prosecutors Alleged

A Long Island mother, Jennifer Nelson, was recently acquitted of attempted murder and assault charges after taking action against her son’s bullies, reports Law & Crime.

Nelson’s trial, starting in September, ended with her acquittal on Tuesday. However, she got convicted for fleeing an accident scene, after running over a 15-year-old boy twice, which resulted in serious injuries to the teen.

Nelson faced accusations of confronting bullies at William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach with a bat and knife. Suffolk DA Raymond A. Tierney criticized Nelson for taking matters into her own hands.

“Citizens cannot take the law into their own hands, and should instead work with law enforcement and my office to seek justice in every case,”

Tierney told the outlet when describing the second-degree attempted murder charge.

Nelson suspected that the 15-year-old was involved in bullying her son and a part of the group that stole his sneakers and AirPods. Charges related to the robbery were only filed against two other teenagers.

According to the DA’s office, Nelson went to the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot, to allegedly confront them.

“Once [Nelson arrived] in the parking lot, she threatened a group of students while brandishing a knife and a small bat. During this incident, the victim left the parking lot and walked across the street to the parking lot of Manhattan Bagel,”

they added. When the 15-year-old walked away, Nelson tailed him with her vehicle

“at a high rate of speed, and drove directly at the victim who was standing in the parking lot,”

running over him twice, prosecutors stated.

Nelson traded in her leased Honda SUV on the same day as the incident, despite the lease not having expired, as an effort to hide the vehicle used in the offense, prosecutors alleged. Nelson told Newsday that she is relieved by the

    “not guilty”

    verdict.

“I don’t know. I’m just happy with the outcome,”

    she said.

“This has been a lot, you know, on me, my son, just everybody involved, it’s been a lot,” she added.

  • Indictments Handed Down As Video Shows 9 Jail Deputies Brutally Beating Black Man Amid Psychotic Episode, Resulting In His Tragic Demise

Indictments Handed Down As Video Shows 9 Jail Deputies Brutally Beating Black Man Amid Psychotic Episode, Resulting In His Tragic Demise

Nine corrections officers in Memphis have been charged in connection with the death of Gershun Freeman, a 33-year-old inmate who died after being beaten by the officers, PEOPLE confirmed.

The incident, which occurred last October, was captured on video. Stevon Jones and Courtney Parham are facing charges of second-degree murder and aggravated assault, while the other officers are charged with aggravated assault resulting in death. The indictment, released on Thursday, alleges that the officers acted together in committing these offenses.

Freeman had been in jail for four days for allegedly kidnapping and attacking his girlfriend before experiencing a psychotic episode. In the video obtained by PEOPLE, corrections officers are seen giving out boxed meals. As two officers approach Freeman’s cell, Freeman emerges completely unclothed with his arms outstretched. The officers swiftly rush towards the scene and begin to assault Freeman.

The medical examiner’s report cited a pre-existing heart condition as the cause of death, however, the video footage and the indictment suggest that excessive force was used. In one part of the video clip officers are seen beating and kicking Freeman, who eventually goes still. According to the timestamped footage, an officer remained kneeling on him for approximately 3 minutes and 40 seconds while he was already on the ground.

The officers involved are currently on paid administrative leave. The case is being prosecuted by Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk. Sheriff Floyd Bonner announced the indictment at a press conference. This case is just one of many incidents at the Shelby County Jail, which has seen 52 deaths since 2016.

Elderly Woman Savagely Beaten 50 Times With Her Own Cane In Horrifying NYC Subway Attack, Captured On Video

A horrifying incident unfolded in a Harlem subway station as a man viciously assaulted a 60-year-old woman, mercilessly striking her over 50 times with her own cane, per the NY Post. Captured in disturbing footage, the assault occurred around 3:30 a.m. last Friday at the West 116 Street and Lenox Avenue station, according to the New York Police Department (NYPD).

The shocking two-minute video exhibits an unidentified male assailant lunging at the woman with an umbrella, while she attempts to defend herself using her cane. The suspect is then seen wrestling away the cane, causing the woman to collapse to the ground, with her screams echoing through the station. The assailant then unleashed a barrage of more than 50 strikes to her head, stomach, leg, arms, back, and hands, shattering the wooden device in the process.

The alarming footage captures the attacker relentlessly pummeling the defenseless woman’s head with his fists, as his pants begin to sag in the process. Remaining motionless on the ground momentarily, the woman suffers several additional kicks from her assailant before the video abruptly ends.

Despite a 911 call reporting the assault, no MTA workers, police officers, or fellow subway riders intervened during the incident, as revealed by NYPD sources. The victim, who reportedly had no prior connection to the suspect, was transported to a nearby hospital where medical professionals believe she is in stable condition.

The unidentified assailant managed to flee the scene before law enforcement arrived, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions. At present, no arrests have been made, and the investigation into the attack continues, according to NYPD officials.

Nicole Mari Wobbeking, 49, got into an altercation with her mother, Sheila May Wobbeking, 78, which resulted in her death. Nicole is accused of pushing her mother down the stairs and then brutally beating her with a jar of pasta sauce. Unfortunately, Sheila did not survive the attack. Nicole was initially arrested on charges of misdemeanor domestic assault, but these charges were later upgraded to assault in the third degree when it was discovered that Sheila had suffered a broken bone.

Sheila Wobbeking later passed away at her home on July 5. Detectives are now seeking homicide charges. The incident occurred on June 27 when Sheila arrived at her home where her daughter Nicole is a tenant. Sheila entered the house and called out to her daughter with the intent to talk about Nicole’s
