Woman Assaulted After Confronting Group For Jumping Over Pool Fence

According to Samantha Milbee, her Memorial Day was going great as she spent time with loved ones at the pool. However, things took a violent turn when a group of individuals trespassed by hopping over the pool’s fence, reports KFOR News.

“Gives me goosebumps just thinking about how disgusting that was,”

    said Milbee.

“My neighbors said that there were about nine teenagers, two adults. They were stomping on my head, my face. They were kicking me.”

Milbee explained to KFOR that the management of Meadow Townhomes in Norman has been strict about enforcing the pool rules. When she noticed a group of people jumping the fence without the required wristbands, she decided to speak out.

“I just was like, ‘man, can y’all not climb our fence’,”

    said Milbee.

“There was no attitude with it.”

Suddenly, Milbee was punched in the face.

“They threw her on the pavement and started stomping on her head,”

    said Derrick John, Milbee’s son.

    “I was scared,”

    said John.

“I was almost like not paralyzed but I didn’t know what to do.”

Arrest warrants are out for two minors and a 39-year-old named Amanda Kelley, according to the Norman Police Department. The suspects are facing assault and battery charges.

“I know it was mainly the girls that started the attack, but then it was everybody… Everybody was involved.”

  • Florida Priest Bites Woman After Refusing To Give Her Communion, Police Say

Florida Priest Bites Woman After Refusing To Give Her Communion, Police Say

A priest in Central Florida got into an argument with a church member during service and ended up biting them, per WFTV 9. The incident took place at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in St Cloud. The police have suggested charging the priest, Father Fidel, with battery.

This happened while people were receiving communion during the mass, reports note. According to an unidentified woman, the disagreement began when she was denied communion.

“He tried to forcefully shove it in her mouth, and she backed up,”

    a witness told police.

“She said no don’t do that and she tried to get it and that is when he went crazy.”

The priest, however, shared a different version of the events with the police. According to him, the woman attended the 10 o’clock mass but seemed unfamiliar with how to receive communion. As a result, he denied her the bread wafer. The priest said that the woman returned for another service and attempted to take the wafer from his hand, leading to a confrontation.

He admitted to biting the woman and explained that he did so to protect the wafer because it is believed to be the body of Christ.

“I am not judging you; I am asking you; did you confess after mass? If you did not confess, I cannot give you communion.,”

    Fidel told officers.

“I bit her, I am not denying that. I am defending myself and the sacrament.”

Texas Man Receives 180-Day Jail Sentence For Drugging Wife’s Drinks To Induce An Abortion

A 39-year-old Houston attorney named Mason Herring has been sentenced to 180 days in jail and 10 years on probation after drugging his wife’s drinks in an attempt to induce an abortion, reports ABC Houston

Herring pleaded guilty to injury to a child and assault of a pregnant person, although he had originally been charged with felony assault to induce abortion. Catherine Herring, who has filed for divorce, expressed her dissatisfaction with the length of the jail sentence. She shared that their 1-year-old daughter, who was born about 10 weeks premature, is facing developmental delays and attends therapy eight times a week.

“I do not believe that 180 days is justice for attempting to kill your child seven separate times,”

Catherine Herring said. Catherine told authorities she became suspicious when she fell ill after drinking from a cloudy cup her husband had given her. She later discovered packaging for the abortion drug misoprostol in the trash.

She handed over videos from hidden cameras in her home, showing her husband mixing something in her drink. Mason Herring’s attorney believes the plea deal and sentence are fair.

  • Former Nude Art Performer Files Lawsuit Against Museum of Modern Art For Negligence, Claiming That Staff Allowed Patrons To ‘Fondle’ His Genitals

Former Nude Art Performer Files Lawsuit Against Museum of Modern Art For Negligence, Claiming That Staff Allowed Patrons To ‘Fondle’ His Genitals

A former nude artist has filed a lawsuit against the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) alleging that the staff “turned a blind eye” to patrons groping his genitals during his performance at an exhibition, as reported by the NY Post. The plaintiff, John Bonafede, claims that his genitals were touched by five men on seven separate occasions at the 2010 exhibit titled

“Marina Abramovich: The Artist is Present”.

The lawsuit was filed in a Manhattan court on Monday.

In his role, Bonafede was tasked with reenacting one of Abramovich’s previous artworks. This involved standing still for 75 minutes, while maintaining eye contact with a woman in a similar pose, in a piece called

    “Imponderabilia.”

As part of the exhibition, visitors were encouraged to walk between the two performers to go into the next gallery.

However, according to the lawsuit obtained by The Post, Bonafede alleges that on seven separate occasions, he was

    “fondled and/or groped”

    by 5 different

    “older men.”

The lawsuit claims that the men would turn sideways, lower their hands, and

“linger for a moment before moving through into the next gallery room.”

The lawsuit also accuses a MOMA security guard of witnessing the assault but not intervening.

“We are well aware of the challenges posed by having nude performers in the galleries for this exhibition,”

the museum admitted in a statement to The Post.

“Any visitor who improperly touches or disturbs any of the performers is escorted from the museum by MoMA security.”

However, the lawsuit claims that MOMA did not tell visitors not to touch exhibits and refused to provide the identities of the alleged harassers to Bonafede. He filed a lawsuit under the New York Adult Survivors Act and is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The complaint deadline expired, but he was granted an extension.
