A 39-year-old woman from Tennessee has been arrested on multiple felony charges for allegedly kidnapping her two biological children, per Law & Crime. She allegedly brutally attacked her mother, who is the children’s legal guardian, leaving her unconscious in the process.

Sarah Myers was taken into custody on Thursday and faces charges including one count of child neglect for a child under 8, two counts of custodial interference, and one count of vehicle theft, all classified as felonies, as announced by authorities. Her children, 1-year-old Rico Delk and 3-month-old Elijah Delk, were located unharmed.

On Wednesday evening, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Metro Nashville Police Department issued an Endangered Child Alert for Rico and Elijah, stating that both children were

“believed to be with their non-custodial mother, Sarah Myers.”

Myers was reportedly traveling with the children in a 1997 cream Lincoln Town Car with Tennessee license plates.

According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV, on Wednesday, Myers drove to her mother Holly Featherman’s home in the Lincoln Town Car. Featherman is reportedly the legal custodian of both grandchildren. After arriving at her mother’s home, Myers allegedly

“attacked her until she was rendered unconscious,”

    before fleeing with her children.

Several hours later, a man requested a welfare check on Myers, who was reported to be suicidal. When authorities arrived, they found the older child alone in the Lincoln outside. Myers and Elijah were inside a nearby townhome located in the Hermitage, Tennessee area. She is currently being held on a $20,000 bond.

The ex-husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Dina Manzo was sentenced to seven years in prison on Tuesday, reports AP News

Her ex-husband, 59-year-old Thomas Manzo, paid a well-known mobster to attack her boyfriend. In return, the mobster was promised a lavish wedding reception at Thomas’s restaurant.

Nine-month-old Luka had surgery at Queensland Children’s Hospital after suffering serious burns on 60% of his body, including his face, neck, chest, and arms, from the incident on Tuesday.

“My baby boy didn’t deserve this, no one does. I wish he poured the hot coffee all over me and not my boy,”

the baby’s mother posted to social media.

“Please if anyone has any CCTV footage around Lincoln Street / Regina Street in Stones Corner please speak to police. This man needs to be found and charged.”

Police described the man who attacked Luka as being between 30 and 40 years old, with an average build and tanned skin. He was seen on CCTV wearing a black hat, glasses, a blue checkered shirt, and shorts.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay for Luka’s medical expenses.

NYC Pizzeria Worker In Critical Condition After Being Attacked By Customer’s Aggressive Pit Bull

A worker at a pizzeria in Manhattan was viciously attacked by a customer and his pit bull on Monday night after the customer was told his dog was not allowed inside, reports Pix 11 News. According to police, the 50-year-old worker is in critical condition.

The dog’s owner, 35-year-old Tyshaun Watson, was charged with attempted murder and assault for trying to cause serious injury, police reported. He reportedly said he was

    “sorry”

    when he was arrested.

The altercation began when the pizzeria worker told Watson to stop bringing his dog inside without a leash, which escalated to a shouting match between the two. Watson became irate and started kicking and punching the worker, according to police. He then pulled the worker out of the pizzeria, slammed him onto the sidewalk, and hit him multiple times before stepping back, as shown in the surveillance footage.

The pit bull then jumped on the worker and bit him several times. Watson also returned and kicked the worker in the head several times, according to the video. He was unconscious and on a breathing machine on Tuesday morning, according to sources.

As he went to court in Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon, Watson told reporters that he was sorry.

    he said.

“I wish him a speedy recovery.”

When asked if he meant to do it, he replied

    “Absolutely not. That’s not me.”

  • Mother Arrested After Her and Her Two Daughters Attacked Sam’s Club Employee Over Pizza, Reports Say

Mother Arrested After Her and Her Two Daughters Attacked Sam’s Club Employee Over Pizza, Reports Say

Employees at a Sam’s Club are requesting that a security guard be present in the store at all times after some customers attacked an employee over pizza, WSBTV reported.

Cierra Monroe, who works in the cafe at the Sam’s Club on Jonesboro Road, shared that on July 10, a mother and her two daughters arrived just two minutes before closing time and wanted to order two whole pizzas. When the workers explained that it was too late, the customers insisted on speaking to a manager.

When the manager did not arrive fast enough, Monroe said that the mother, Andreana McKnight, came around to the kitchen and punched her in the face. McKnight was arrested. Her 20-year-old pregnant daughter, Victoria Wilson, was taken to the hospital, and there is currently a warrant for her arrest.

“The mom, she gets upset and she goes from in front of the register, and she comes back into the kitchen, and when she comes into the kitchen, she swings on me,”

    Monroe said.

“Once she swings on me, she punches me in my face and then her two daughters come from the front. I was not expecting that at all.”

Monroe shared that she is still experiencing headaches and has visible injuries such as bruises, scratches, and a scar on her face. She said she didn’t understand why Sam’s Club didn’t have a security guard present that day. Especially because a few days prior, another customer had attempted to attack a different employee, she explained.

A spokesperson for Sam’s Club wouldn’t say their plans on hiring a full-time security, but he did say

“their staff safety is a priority”

and they’re working with Henry County police during the investigation.

  • 50 Cent Could Be Sanctioned For Allegedly Ignoring Deposition Request From Radio Host He Struck In The Head With Microphone

50 Cent Could Be Sanctioned For Allegedly Ignoring Deposition Request From Radio Host He Struck In The Head With Microphone

Radio personality Bryhana Monegain is determined to hold rapper 50 Cent accountable in their ongoing legal battle. Monegain has taken her case to court, filing a motion requesting the judge to impose sanctions on the rapper. This comes after repeated unsuccessful attempts to get 50 Cent to participate in a deposition.

According to court documents, Monegain alleges that since she filed the lawsuit against 50 Cent earlier this year, she has faced obstacles in her pursuit of justice. As previously reported, the Power 106 host claims that 50 Cent threw a microphone which struck her in the head back in August of last year, resulting in a concussion, laceration, and bruises.

Despite multiple attempts to schedule a deposition with 50 Cent’s lawyers, Monegain said that he has failed to follow through on any of the proposed dates. She is now seeking a fine of $5,000 and a court order compelling the musician to appear on the upcoming scheduled date. Her lawyers wrote in the document,

“Due to the pendency of the August 5, 2024, mediation date, an Order compelling [50] to sit for deposition and provide testimony must be made forthwith.”

50 Cents lawyers had responded to Monegain initial lawsuit stating that the rapper would not intentionally harm anyone.

“Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis [’50 Cent’ Jackson] would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone…Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”

As of now, there is no official report regarding a judge’s ruling on the matter.
