A 77-year-old woman was arrested after attacking another shopper at a Goodwill store in Florida over a disagreement about a service dog, as reported by Fox News

Jaqueline James became upset when she saw the service dog in one of the aisles and confronted the woman. The situation escalated when a manager intervened, and James slapped the woman’s shopping basket out of her hand, grabbed her hair, and pushed her against a wall.

James reportedly pushed the woman to the floor, causing an injury to her hip. James claimed that the woman had swung her basket at her, but surveillance video contradicted her statement.

The video showed James initiating the physical altercation while the woman tried to defend herself unsuccessfully. James has been charged with aggravated battery and is now in jail.
