  • 9-Year-Old Oklahoma Boy Accused Of Harassing and Stalking Classmate, Served With Victim Protective Order At Elementary School

9-Year-Old Oklahoma Boy Accused Of Harassing and Stalking Classmate, Served With Victim Protective Order At Elementary School

A 9-year-old boy from Oklahoma received a victim protective order (VPO) at school after reportedly stalking and harassing a female classmate for several months, reports the NY Post

Undersheriff for Pottawatomi County, Travis Dinwiddie, delivered the order to the student at Horace Mann Elementary School on Wednesday morning, following approval by Judge Tracy McDaniel. The girl’s mother, Elsy Goggin, had filed the petition for the order.

“We served it there because that was the address that was put on the petition by the court… It’s ordered by the courts. And so we have to serve that as officers of the court,”

    Dinwiddie told the outlet.

Before serving the boy at school, the sheriff’s office made sure to inform his family about the situation.

“I’m just shocked because he’s nine years old being served by sheriffs at school,”

Lavonne McCoy, grandmother of the 9-year-old boy, told the outlet.

“I’ve seen her at the store, and she always runs after him playing. And he tries to hide because, you know, he’s nine… I’m not sure why he’s getting in trouble for just being a child because there is nothing on here that says any type of abuse,”

McCoy said. McCoy described the children’s interactions as

“children being children, running around playing.”

However, according to the girl’s mother, Elsy Goggin, the boy has been violent towards her daughter. Goggin told the outlet that she made several attempts to resolve the issue before filing.

“I had to go to this point where I said, enough is enough,”

    Goggin told the outlet.

After being served, the child was sent home. He is to appear in court on April 24, according to the outlet.

In a statement provided to the outlet, Horace Mann Elementary School’s superintendent Dr. Aaron Espolt said,

“We will always cooperate with our law enforcement officials and will work with families to ensure the highest safety standards and protocols are followed.”

  • Ohio Dad Arrested For Allegedly Harassing His Child’s School To Complain About Too Much homework, Reports Say

Ohio Dad Arrested For Allegedly Harassing His Child’s School To Complain About Too Much homework, Reports Say

A father from Ohio has been arrested for continuously contacting his child’s school to express his frustration about excessive homework, reports the NY Post. Adam Sizemore, 37, is facing charges of telecommunications harassment and menacing after making multiple phone calls to the school.

During one of the calls, Sizemore allegedly threatened the principal, telling him he

“better put his big boy pants on,”

causing the school official to fear for their safety. When the school stopped answering his calls, Sizemore turned his complaints to the Oxford Police Department.

“He calls dispatch, I think it was 18 times, roughly,”

Oxford Police Detective Sgt. Adam Price told the outlet.

Sizemore can be heard on audio recordings, getting upset with dispatchers for not giving him their names. And when one of the dispatchers wouldn’t connect him directly to the police chief, Sizemore got increasingly impatient.

“He can come to my f–king house. I pay for him. He can come to my house,”

    he told a dispatcher.

According to WXIX, dispatchers eventually dispatched a team of officers to talk to Sizemore. He was then taken into custody on misdemeanor charges.

  • Teens Assaulted By Friend’s Mother, Who Is Also Parental Rights Activist, During A Chaotic ‘Alcohol-Fueled’ Birthday Party

Teens Assaulted By Friend’s Mother, Who Is Also Parental Rights Activist, During A Chaotic ‘Alcohol-Fueled’ Birthday Party

A Pennsylvania politician who advocated for

    “parental rights”

in education is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a teenager during a boozy affair she hosted for her underage daughter’s birthday, Law & Crime reported.

Clarice Schillinger, 36, is accused of assault, harassment, and providing alcohol to a minor, as stated in court records. The incident reportedly occurred during a basement birthday party for Schillinger’s 17-year-old daughter in September. Police responded to a call at around 3 a.m. on September 30th at Schillinger’s residence which she had been renting since early 2023.

According to a probable cause affidavit, approximately 15-20 minors between the ages of 15 and 18 were at the party, which had started around 10 p.m. the previous night.

“In the basement was a bar area that was stocked with alcoholic beverages to include New Amsterdam vodka and Malibu Bay Breeze rum,”

    the affidavit says.

“Schillinger not only provided the alcoholic beverages, but poured shots and drank along with the minors, even participating in drinking games.”

One of the party-going teenagers reported that an altercation between the adults occurred in the early hours.

“Schillinger’s intoxicated boyfriend (Shan Wilson) had punched a 15-year-old juvenile (identified as E.G.) in the face, causing her to escort her boyfriend upstairs to the second floor,”

a teen identified by the initials A.M. told police.

The teens began to gradually leave the party when another altercation broke out with Schillinger’s mother, who reportedly punched A.M., a teenager, in the eye and chased him around a kitchen island before assaulting a 17-year-old girl, police say. The violence was captured on several cell phone videos.

“While multiple minors were gathering by the front door to leave the property in defiance of Schillinger’s order to stay,”

    a teen was

“assaulted by Clarice when she punched him three times on the left side of his face/chin area,”

    the affidavit says.

According to the affidavit, this isn’t the first underage drinking party Schillinger has had.

Schillinger, a member of the Republican party, made an unsuccessful bid for the position of lieutenant governor in the Keystone State. Unfortunately, she came in fourth place in the primary election. Her lawyer said in a statement,

“Ms. Schillinger has dedicated her life to public service…”

    and

“has always been a law abiding citizen.”

  • Jewish Teacher Resigned After Receiving Antisemitic Harassment From 12-Year-Old Student

Jewish Teacher Resigned After Receiving Antisemitic Harassment From 12-Year-Old Student

A Jewish middle school teacher in Massachusetts decided to resign from his position after encountering antisemitic harassment from his 12-year-old student, NY Post reported.

Morrison Robblee, 25, was a sixth-grade social studies teacher at the Nessacus Regional Middle School in Dalton until his resignation. According to Robblee, the harassment began in April after he showed up to school in a yarmulke, a skull cap worn by Orthodox Jewish men. The student began making hateful comments towards Robblee and was sent to detention. However, that did not stop the child from returning with a

“sketch of Hitler standing over a dead person labeled ‘Jew,’ surrounded by swastikas and canisters labeled ‘gas,’”

    Robblee told Insider.

Robblee believes the student’s rage towards him is stemming from a prior incident that occurred at the beginning of the year where the child allegedly made homophobic comments and was removed from the class. Robblee claims to have dealt with weeks of harassment from the student. He told Insider that the harassment even spilled over into the hallways and that the boy continued to make jokes about the Holocaust, including gas chambers. He also revealed that the student also emailed him insults about his teaching.

The student now faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal harassment.

Robblee says he doesn’t feel like he was receiving the same support from school administrators, however. Robblee was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into him making a face at the child in the hallway. Robblee admitted to Insider that he stuck his tongue out at the boy in a second of frustration after the child cursed at him.

“I am not bothered by the ignorant comments of a child,”

Robblee reportedly wrote in a statement to the Central Berkshire Regional School District to be read at a meeting to end the boy’s suspension.

“I am bothered that, without proper intervention, this hate will continue to fester.”

  • New York Man Elbows His Mother In The Face, Then Destroys Her Phone To Prevent Her From Calling 911

New York Man Elbows His Mother In The Face, Then Destroys Her Phone To Prevent Her From Calling 911

A New York man is now facing charges after attacking his mother and then destroying her phone so that she couldn’t call for help, Finger Lakes Daily News reported.

Deputies from Wayne County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a domestic dispute Easter Sunday, at around 10:15 in the morning. When they arrived to the Williamson home, they discovered that Gerrick Powers had attacked his mother. According to police documents, Powers allegedly grabbed his mother, elbowed her in the face, and then destroyed her phone so that she couldn’t notify authorities.

Instead of spending time in police custody, the 31-year-old has been charged with harassment and criminal mischief, then was released on an appearance ticket. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department has yet to comment on the blatant leniency.
